Not a bad budget hotel right by the sea

I don't want to leave this place, because:
1. Location is a fairy tale. Our hotel is by the sea and, having breakfast on the balcony, we watch the sea, passing ships, boats, and when we are lucky, and dolphins.
At night, the sound of waves gives a special romance, as if we were spending the night right on the beach.
2. Silence, cleanliness, comfort, area lighting, quality of furniture and color of rooms, decoration of the guest house, all the details: from bed linen to little things that you come across, for example, a quiet refrigerator, comfortable chairs on the balcony, large mirrors - everything pleases.
3. The most important point: finding the object away from the bustle of the city, but 40 km from the skyscrapers of Batumi,
4. In one courtyard there are three guest houses on several floors., So that you can arrive with a large group, there will be enough places for everyone.
5. There is a safe parking for cars in the courtyard, while now (June) there are not many people - in the shade, not in the scorching sun

6. Warm water, shower, kitchen, tea, coffee, refrigerator, TV (only 25 channels) - everything is correct and in place. In the kitchen, the necessary utensils. If something was missing, the main building has a large hallway with a fully equipped kitchen and meeting space.
7. If anyone with small children, you need to take slippers - in the rooms and in the showers the floor is tiled. Probably comfortable in hot weather.
8. Beach 30 meters from the exit from the rooms. Small and large pebbles. There are no cobblestones in the water. We must wear slippers. It hurts my feet over the stones. If not laziness, then you can ride on the black sands that we discovered nearby. The beaches there are fabulous and shallow.
9. The balconies of the rooms are buried in the shade of large-needle pine trees. It's not hot. A chorus of birds in the morning. Mostly finches and robins.
10. In high season, you can order food from the hosts. In early June, we cooked ourselves. Hot bread, sweets and wines were bought across the street.
Nearby on the beach there are restaurants overlooking the sea. There is a market in the town. There is a large fish market in the suburbs of Batumi.
11. We were in early June. There are practically no people on the coast. There are few neighbors. Not a season. The rooms in the guest houses are either large or small. Availability should be checked in August and September.
12. Bicycles can ride along the coast along the equipped paths for 10 km.
13. Further the road through the pass, the Botanical Garden. But further, in Batumi, there are another 10 km of beach bike trails. That's great!
14. The hospitality of the hosts. People all the time sincerely, from the heart smile and fulfill all our whims. At the request, they respond, help, but our peace is culturally not disturbed. Taking us, tourists, into the guest house, in the eyes of sincere joy, there is no greed. The price tag was like everyone else's. We asked a little lower, we were accepted for the amount that we had.

We also rested there. Liked. The owners are calm - if you ask, they will do something, they will explain, you don’t ask, you can’t see anyone. The hotel is very clean. Swimming pool, garden with trees in the yard. The sound of the sea caresses the ear. If the wind is strong and the windows are closed, it seems that we are sailing on a ship.

Communications are all nearby, taxis, market, cafes and shops. Batumi is 40 minutes by car.
