Great hotel and view. But it has narrow road to villa, instead it has shuttle service to sea.

It is the perfect place to relax. Great view, excellent food, big, clean and comfortable rooms and one of the nicest hosts I've ever had. The transfer to the beach is included.

Usually while traveling at BlackSee , you’re searching something first line… But this place , especially in Kvariati , is one of the best places to stay. Delicious food , crazy beautiful views on sea and mountains. Amazing Host!

Kvariati is one of the best places to stay on the Black Sea coast. The resort is located near Batumi and has a special climate. Mountains on one side, sea on the other. The water is crystal clear, the shore is stone, cozy. Recommend for vacation

This is definitely the best place in Kvariati! The price-quality ratio is perfect! I stayed for a week, it was very cozy, a wonderful view of the sea! Very clean! Cleanliness in the room, in the house, in the yard. Very green, lots of trees, shade if it's hot ... You can grill shashlik, there is a barbecue and everything you need: skewers, grill! We stayed in September 2022. The hosts were responsive, the grounds were well-maintained, and the rooms were very clean. We'd love to return to this wonderful place again. The only downside was the road noise, which was a bit annoying, but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay.

We rested here in 2018. The hotel is small but very cozy! Lovely double room with sea view, TV, small refrigerator, kettle and hairdryer. You can see on the pictures the real view. Except that, there was the odor in the room, I think because of the carpets. The window in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The balcony is not real balcony, where you can sit and enjoy, the view was on the wall of another building. Good location and nice garden area behind the building. Breakfast is ok.

A wonderful place to relax. Those who are intimidated by the 1.5-kilometer walk to the beach can rent a hotel on the seashore and live to the sounds of trucks driving to and from Turkey. :) I have a sedentary job, and I thoroughly enjoyed walking this path; the road is meditative, immersed in greenery and flowers. Cozy and lovely plase with good owners, near the seaside. Place is comfortable and clean every time we visit them.

We were in Kvariati in September 2019. We lived next door, there were no suitable rooms in Badu. They came here to eat. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The menu has everything you need. Welcoming hosts. The cafe is small. While eating, the feeling that we were sitting at the same table with a large Georgian family did not leave.

Was here for a beer and a sunset. Sunset was perfect. Would definitely recommend to stop here to watch it.

Since 2012, with my family (5 people), every summer we have a rest at the Gold Hotel and are very satisfied with absolutely everything. God willing, this year we will come here for the 8th time. Excellent cuisine and all the amenities for a family holiday. Very hospitable hosts.

When we moved in kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen valve was dropping water constantly, toilet was leaking sewage, there was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom because of poor sewage system design. We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking. Immediately the number seemed good, but then it turned out to be a lot of small uncomfortable details. One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Right by the sea. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem. A great place to spend time in Georgia without getting caught in Batumi traffic when coming from Türkiye.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty). The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent.

Overall, it was a nice hotel with great rooms along with a terrace. Beach is very close within 3-5 minutes of walking distance. The open-air pool was also an advantage.
