A cozy hotel a 5-minute walk from a beautiful black sand beach with a gentle slope into the sea. The hostess and staff are friendly and welcoming, with a true Georgian touch. The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool. A very nice hotel! The rooms are clean. There's a cafe on the ground floor. The hosts are very attentive. We stayed with our child and loved everything.

We stayed for a weekend in February, low season. A very kind gentleman treated us great and was very attentive. It is a well located and clean hotel.

So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to go to the room we had reserved they told us that they no longer had that room even though we had reserved it on booking and we were told to go to another room for the moment and the next day to go to the room we had reserved. Frankly I do not recommend this hotel just for that, otherwise the food, the room and the view are okay.

Very hospitable hosts and staff, it was a pleasure to stay here. They responded quickly to all questions and were always accommodating. The sea is just across the road, all the shops are nearby, and there's a restaurant at the hotel.

that's our third time staying at this lovely family run peaceful hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, kids yard, parking, tasty restaurant and 2 min walk to the famous therapeutic magnetic black sand sea shore, we would definitely be coming back to this sunny place again. it isn't only about the place, it is more about the people who run the place with high standards. highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay right on the beach! It's amazing to hear the sound of the sea before sleep, to see beautiful sunsets and of course you can get to the beach in one minute! The hotel is 50 meters from the sea. Hospitable atmosphere. There is a small pool. There is also a cafe on site. All products are fresh, the owner of the cafe buys products daily. Prepare delicious. Arrived here at the beginning of pandemic june. Resort is still empty. No cafes are opened, so to have it inside the building is vital, especially during the rainy days. I visited TimGiz for the 1st time and I was impressed by the staff, they are such kind and clever people. Everyone is smiling and leaving very positive feelings, they are ready to help with anything. I was staying at luxury room which is the most expensive in this hotel but this room is much better than others , here you can find fridge , freezer two separate rooms and two balconies which are on seperate sides of building so you can always dry your clothes and not worry about where the sun is , and luxury number is just 30% expensiver which is not much money considering all the plus sides of this...
