Great complex with very supportive, friendly staff. The team managed to fulfill expectations of different cultures with respect to everybody. Everything is very clean and in perfect shape. The pool is wonderful.

The water in the pool was super cool, not comfortable for swimming, not toddler-friendly as well. Breakfast was ok, but the same for each morning, the taste of food 2 out of 5. They do not have beds for kids

The whole complex is amazing, the pool is huge and clean with hot jacuzzis on top of it, there are 2 saunas and changing rooms with showers, the restaurant is probably the best part, since it has great furniture and of course mouth-watering food

Firstly, I was traveling with 1 year toddler with a lot of things to carry. There was no staff to help me bring bags from building 1, where the reception is, to the building 2, where was our room

com i requested kettle they gave me very dirty n some wax in it very disgusted and other amenities they would have inform incase if its upon request however we don’t get any information

Stayed there yesterday, don’t expect like a crazy fancy hotel. It’s a former bath with an amazing swimming pool, a beautiful garden and a lot of lovely dogs! The building is impressive and the service was very good

Rooms are comfortable and the owner is very eager and enthusiastic to tell you more about the hotel, it’s history and may even be willing to give you some peeks in parts of the complex that are still in original(!) state

I have read some negative reviews here too. Do not go here if you think the buffet is some Turkish riviera all-in-resort. It’s not and it does not want to be. Don’t go if you want the most luxurious hotel on the planet

Huge recommendation to stay here, and this is why; if you come to Tskaltubo to see the former Soviet sanatoria, this hotel is a must stay, as it is the only place where the past is brought back to life in a great way

Good hotel but location hard to find

A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked

Tskaltubo stay Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.

Decent place. We visited in the heat of july. Gerogians loved the pool. For us it was burning hot like home 🥵

It is near part and baths number 2 and 6, just 5 minutes to walk and near best restorant of Georgian food Imeretian Esquisse. I liked our stay here, will back again

The hotel is very nice, big pool outside included, we had 2 rooms the rooms were pretty decent, The staff are very friendly, we were late for breakfast and they still let us in take whatever we wanted and basically help you with anything you asked for really r friendly

Hotel has pool, but in cold weather it’s cold inside and the pass to the pool is open at some places, so it’s little bit uncomfortable

The only 4-star hotel on the road between the airport and Kutaisi. The hotel, room, and bedding were clean. The restaurant and breakfast were not good at all. The neighborhood is isolated and run-down; a car is essential

What I like, is that most of the time pool is either empty or 2-3 people there, which is great if you want to relax peacefully. The water temperature is 31 celsius, which is also very good

I’ve visited the pool already 2 times and it is so warm and nice, I definitely recommend. The price in winter is 25 Gel PP and I don’t know if it changes in summer (probably yes I guess)

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I spoke at a conference hosted there, and ate at the cafe. The chicken soup was very delicious, and the chicken was very moist. The cafe was clean, and I have no complaints.

The sign outside just says "Hotel" in Latin letters, it doesn't say "Okriba ". The hotel is on the 3rd floor. Helpful staff, free instant coffee, air conditioned, noon checkout, and I paid about US$15

My recent stay at Okriba Hotel at Kutaisi was an absolute delight. Located conveniently close to the city center, the hotel offered easy access to all the sights I wanted to see

Location is very beautiful. Service is good. Rooms could be a little bit bigger ))). Pool is really cool. Nice place to visit. If you like (or have need for) mineral water it is strongly recommended to visit Sairme!!

Excellent location, staff is friendly and, I believe, trying it's best to serve, but we experienced a significant duscomfort due to the event and loud music after the midnight, objection to give us take away of the unfinished meals, insufficient capacity of the dining hall for breakfast, the hotel manager didn't find time to meet for 4 days, pets are allowed

unfortunately no activities like billiard or ping-pong table. The standart rooms are VERY small. The staff is very professional but they are stressed because of many guests

There are bicycles(for 10 GEL) and scooters (20 GEL) but this road is not for this transport. Only adventure is the spa and wellness in 200 meter walk from the hotel

They do night and day shifts every day and are tired. This hotel need more staff members for restaurant. It is not ok to have same staff for all week

There is even a swimming pool available in summer period. The location is on the hill 5 min by car from the city center, and you can park within the guesthouse territory

The only issue that we had there is the bathroom od our room - as there is neither shower cabin nor curtain, we had all the tiles covered by water after taking the shower, it is not a big deal since we had the slippers provided, but you need to be careful as the tiles become very slippery indeed

Guests have a huge common area while staying - kitchen and terrace with stunning city view, where you can find everything you need: kettle, oven, microwave, all kinds of dishes, cooking oil, TV, even some boardgames and tea

We felt there like home away from home. This is probably the best guesthouse you may find in Kutaisi, so we decided to stay there again on our way back from Svaneti to Tbilisi
