I was surprised to read bad reviews, because i have oposite impressions. We were very impressed, obsolutelly clean room, bathroom, beds, corridors, lifts, restoraunt. Staff was super friendly with us. It is near part and baths number 2 and 6, just 5 minutes to walk and near best restorant of Georgian food Imeretian Esquisse. I liked our stay here, will back again

Nice Stay in Tskaltubo Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel is a pleasant, well-located base near the town’s mineral baths and park. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies and good light. The bed was comfortable, the room has everything inside for a short period of stay, a bit nosy in the night but this is because of the road circulation outside. It's actually a very small guesthouse, tucked away in an alley, so it's not easy to find a place to stay. I was driving, so parking wasn't very convenient either. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll.
