Good place. The breakfast was good, but the only downside was that the lighting was all white.

It was alright overall. We only stayed for one night. The receptionist kindly allowed us to check into our room earlier at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. A 4-star rating seems a bit inflated. The room was small and old, and the cleanliness was just so-so. It was obvious the cleaning wasn't thorough; one of the disposable toothbrush packets was open and empty, which wasn't noticed and wasn't replaced.

Nice historical hotel in the centre of the town easy to walk to many things. Nice big clean rooms with a modern design aesthetic. Very comfortable bed. The piano bar on the roof is open till 23:00 and the noise carries so if you want and early night request rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor. A one time visit You only use this place if you have to. The place is clean, very clean indeed, but The room is a room with a bed, that is it! The window could not be open. This is more an experience rather than an accommodation. This Hotel is the only Soviet Sanatorium in operation in the city. It’s not perfect but it’s a rather unique experience to sleep in an historical place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A wonderful, interesting hotel in an old building, next to the Colchis Fountain, yet located on a street where you can park your car. We had 1 night stay at this hotel, a center transit city to Mestia. Walking distance to a Thai Restaurant, If you wanted to try it out you can search it in Google Map. The bed was comfortable, the room has everything inside for a short period of stay, a bit nosy in the night but this is because of the road circulation outside. A good hotel. It's a bit far from the city center, but that's not a deal-breaker. The room is spacious, clean, and has everything we needed. We were given a room with a balcony and a nice view, which was a plus. Cleaning was done daily, with towels and toilet paper changed and water, tea, and coffee replenished. It's actually a very small guesthouse, tucked away in an alley, so it's not easy to find a place to stay. I was driving, so parking wasn't very convenient either. Honestly, this quality would only cost around 100 RMB in China. There are quite a few hotels to choose from in Kutaisi, so I suggest you look around; I wouldn't recommend this one.

Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll.
