Reviews
There are bicycles(for 10 GEL) and scooters (20 GEL) but this road is not for this transport.
Only adventure is the spa and wellness in 200 meter walk from the hotel.
Rooms are not what is expected. Very small and two people can barely fit. Even though we were not here to stay in the room we had to sleep somehow, two adults, 7 year old and an 6 month old infant.
After a huge argument all day and involving all the management we finally got a bit bigger room (with an additional cost of course) so they could add a bed.
Service is awful. Every time you ask for something, the response is “WE ARE SORRY BUT NO, WE CANNOT”
On a sunny day When I asked to bring an umbrella to have my 6 month old in a shade I was told that they do not have enough umbrellas and I was forced to stay in the room.
It is unfortunate that I had to spend my precious time and money on being served so poorly.
This beautiful place became my worst nightmare.
