We've been living here for over a year and plan to stay for an indefinite period. Everything is very convenient and quiet. The hosts are friendly and resolve any issues that arise very quickly, and we've become friends.
15 minutes to the sea, 10-15 minutes to all shops, cafes, and public transportation (buses are $0.10 throughout the city, taxis are $2).

We spent 3 months in winter here and felt very comfortable. The wooden houses in the middle of the green in the middle of the big city are a great oasis to recharge your batteries. After the rest you are fit for the exciting city. Kargat... 😉

Very cozy and homey. Pleasant hosts. Great location, there is a place to leave the car. The rooms are big.

A small wooden cottage, very cozy. Near the tangerine garden. In the morning you can hear the birds singing. Quiet and good, no city noise. And just 15 minutes walk to the promenade.

Great hosts !!! Very clean, welcome !!! We lived in the house for 4 days and 2 days in the room. And there, and there everything is fine. Ruslan provided us, sports fans, bicycles) rode every day along the beautiful promenade) I highly recommend !!!
