I am only reviewing the restaurant as we did not stay at the hotel. We found the place by a sign on the street. Walking in, it is very basic, just tables and chairs. As we sat down, George (our server), summed us up pretty quickly and said, this is only Georgian food, we have no menus. I knew we had found a great place. We didn't need menus, placed our order and I went to the bar with him. Dinner came, outstanding food, George and I drank a shot of Vodka and it was all completely perfect.

Wonderful georgian cuisine and cultural experience. Even though we had other recommendations for dining in Kutaisi, we decided to enter this "not so fancy and popular" restaurant as those we were recommended by tourist office. And it was amazing decision. Way more authentic atmosphere, super friendly service, delicious food, excellent hospitality and lot cheaper then the other "turist-trap-restaurants"...

Everything was fine which at the end we went to try to print the boarding pass from the reception & he refused to help which he didn't want to do nothing not even to switch on the computer and to help us, forgot his name! which it his work.
We had to go all around Kutaisi to find someone else to print the tickets.
Lost all the credits to come back there.

Overall a nice place to stay in the centre of Kutaisi. Rooms are clean (there was no shower curtain or door though so the whole bathroom floor ended up wet). Food is simply good, not very impressive though. WiFi works very well.

Great location, clean rooms, bathroom flooded after showering, hair dryer and soap available. Food monotonous but plum sauce, khachapuri were ok.

A reasonably well located, fully equipped, very clean hotel, in the immediate vicinity of the city center and all of its attractions. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, but not intrusive, in the restaurant you can eat really plentiful and very delicious. A small professional concert was even held for us on the last day of our stay, which was very enjoyable. Correctly recommended!
