Awesome hotel. We really loved Kakha, he made our day, every day with his bright smile and fabulous service. I would recommend the even numbered rooms, especially the one with river view and private balcony. In odd rooms sound sensitive guests may experience buzzing sound from electricity. Warm shower and nice breakfast. Very central location, many good restaurants and bars nearby, free parking. Kakha also helped us very efficiently and effectively when the battery of our car broke down. One day we will come back!!

We had such an amazing time. We stayed for 2 nights and will highly recommend it. Everyone so nice and welcoming. Specially, Ika and Kakha. They were so attentive and always answered all our questions. The food was delicious. Cute little area to eat. We always enjoyed it. Thank you for everything!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Kutaisi and Martvili.
The rooms are nice, some a bit noisy during the electricity central next door. But some You don't here it at all.
The host Kakha is very friendly and funny. He was always there to help us. To tell stories about Georgia and football at breakfast.
By our the rental car was out of battery. Kakha immediately helped us with startcables to get us on the road again. I would definately recommend this hotel by its location, but most of all by Kakha, the friendlyst host ever!!

We had a very pleasant stay there. The staff is super friendly and was incredibly helpful.
Kakha is such a great guy and was always in a good mood. He even helped us find a spot to get something to eat, after we arrived at around 2 am.
The nice lady at the counter helped us perfectly as well.
The view from the balcony is spectacular. Breakfast was lovely as well. We would stay here any time again.

This hotel is truly exceptional. From the very first moment, you feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease. A big part of this warm atmosphere is thanks to the amazing host, Kakha. He’s an absolute ray of sunshine – kind-hearted, full of good energy, and always ready for a friendly chat or a good laugh. You’ll feel like you're in the best possible hands with him.
The rooms are modern and thoughtfully equipped, featuring stylish bathrooms, air conditioning, mini fridges, and incredibly comfortable beds. Whether you're on the balcony or the terrace, the views are simply phenomenal.
Every morning, you're treated to a generous breakfast spread with delicious local specialties. And don’t be surprised if Kakha invites you to enjoy a glass of Chacha – a traditional Georgian spirit – with him. It's all part of the warm, authentic experience.
All in all, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. I truly hope more people get to experience what makes this place so special.

Got a warm welcome from the kind manager and he supported us with everything including renting a car for us. We just started our holiday here but I was eager to put this review for him. Customer service is top notch.
Facility is good as it’s 3 star. Hot water and heaters are working well. Having an amazing view of the river from my balcony ❤️

Its one of the greatest hotel that i stayed. Im grateful for the hospitality of the workers. They helped a lot with smiling face. Breakfast was very nice, you can pick between many options. Rooms are large with a high ceiling and have almost everything you might need some of them with a lovely river view.

This Hotel sanapiro is Located In the centre of the city,Its Quiet Beautiful,the rooms Were Not too big But enough with beautiful interior and The view From The balcony Was My Favourite ,the view of the river Was very Beautiful FROM THE BALCONY,SOME PEOPLE WERE ALSO fishing right from their balconies.

The hotel interior was gorgeous. I got one of the river rooms, which turned out to right next to a second floor balcony overlooking the river. It was nice to go out there in the morning. Kakha was a very hospitable host, who even went out of his way to get breakfast started an hour earlier than usual just for me, because I needed to take a Zoom call during the normal breakfast time. The wifi speed download speed was 0-3 Mbps, and the upload speed was 7-10 Mbps, but the hotel is in the centre of town, so I got good download and upload speeds on my SIM card (from Magti FWIW).
