TJ+ Hostel in Batumi

Great location, ok small room for young couples/students on the go.
Not bad service, except

1) the lady was not using earphones while my afternoon nap, so i had to ask her to do so

2) she was spending way to much inside of the flat, in the corridor. Which makes Europeans a bit less private. I mean i am 99% extravert but when i am home with my family, the last thing i want is someone to watch me go to kitchen, then to shower, then to bedroom. For example she could do regular 3/4 times checkings instead of sitting in that tiny corridor.

Apologies but i had to give a explanation in detail so I would not be unfair.

The location of the hostel is perfect. It is very close to two amazing parks and beach. You can walk less than 8 mins to get to either park. You also can walk less 5 minutes to KFC and Mcdonlas. The price is very affordable. The hostel owner charged me only 450 laries for one month. I stopped sleeping in the hostel in my last 10 days because the two Russian guys in the dorm made a lot of noises every day. They played music and videos very loudly as well as talked very loundly everyday. One of them is an old guy who peed in a glass cup and poured it into the kitchen sink in the room. After he used the cup, he just left it on the table used for meals. He made the room smelly. I reported it to the owner. She did clean up the dorm sink with chemicals and talked to that old guy. However, I think that she could have done more. Although she cannot speak much English, the onwer is a good lady. She cleaned up the dorm daily and changed bed sheets weekly. Most of people live in the hostel as tenants. It is not a typical hostel.

Facilities are good
But
I stayed with worst guest
He is uneducated
Even 2am, he turns on light and makes noisy
I cant sleep cuz of the fuxxing uneducated and rude guy
He watchs YouTube without earphones, so I listen the noise
And, talking with other guests even 1~2am
Is it normal?
Do they have manner and etiquette?
They are disgusting
No deserve to sleep and live other people
Plz make rule, from 0am, no making noisy inside or outside
