comfortable room modern and with 2 windows walls, for a nice atmosphere . wifi good, shower good . it is a kind of familiar ambient .breakfast is ok,there is a certain variety .but coffee is a part . great view from some rooms and the terrace ,due to hills position .closeby several restaurants and bars ..good experience for sure .

I checked in late in the evening. The shower gel and liquid hand wash had not been replenished, and I only realized this in the middle of my shower, so I had to continue without shower gel. Water was seeping out from the glass partition of the shower area, leaving the entire bathroom soaking wet. I provided feedback the next day upon check-out, but no compensation was offered — they could have at least waived the coffee charge from my breakfast.

Hotel location is great, walkable to Rustaveli Avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. Rooms look a bit dated and could do with an update.

The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring my comfort.

The location is quite nice, right behind the Rustaveli avenue, on a tiny and steep road. Our room was tidy, with all the basics provided, a bit too narrow however. Ok for a short stay.

From the time of booking the front desk staff in particular Mary, were very helpful in answering any questions and helping us rearrange our transfers when our flight was delayed. The room was in good repair and had a balcony, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and a safe. The quality of the bathroom toiletries was good and the location of the hotel was convenient for walking or taking the underground or bus. Note the hotel is on the lower half of a steep hill, so might not be for those that have difficulty walking unaided or who easily get short of breath. The breakfast spread was fresh and diverse. Coffee lovers please note decaf coffee is provided in the room and at breakfast and ground coffee is available at an extra cost.
