My friends recommended this hotel to me just as I was planning to leave for a couple of days in Georgia. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment is large and so is the bed. The room is cozy and clean and the view from the balcony is great.
As well as being a hotel, there is also a cafe. So you can go downstairs or up to the terrace and have dinner.
Everything is within easy reach (sights, restaurants, parks, metro).
Thank you so much to the staff for such a warm welcome!

Second time visiting this place, I am insanely impressed with the location. You can see the whole capital. I advise you to take exactly national Georgian dishes, they make them here like at home, very tasty and absolutely normal price for such a location. Thank you very much to the team of Barsuna for such a warm welcome and delicious food!!!

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT eat at the hotel's restaurant. My girlfriend and I sat at the terrace, and while the view was beautiful, the price was awful.
We had 2 cocktails (Martini with Orange Juice & Mojito) and a (very) small and (very) dry cheese platter - we paid 71.50 GEL.
For some reason, the service is included before you get the bill (at 15%!!!!), and you are expected to pay an additional tip to the waiter. All in all, the cocktails were fine but we left feeling robbed of our time and money.

The hotel is good, the apartments are spacious, the furniture is comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the view from the balcony, there are a lot of attractions nearby. Breakfasts are delicious!

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

They went above and beyond in every little service they gave us. Excellent room, location, and super nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here and will come back soon! Thank you

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
