Artizan - Design Hotel in Tbilisi

This hotel is just a wannabe
First of all, it doesn’t match any five stars that it pretends to be.
The insonorisation in the rooms is very poor, it is almost impossible to sleep because most of the rooms are street view and the street is pretty active
It has never been in problem in five stars hotel because they have good window windows that protect protects you from the sound, but not here
I tried to change the room, but it was all occupied
I had to move out because I couldn’t sleep, I spent two nights instead of four in this hotel, and the hotel refused to refund me
Relying on my booking, although they know very well that I have tried to find a solution inside the hotel, and that I had to move out not because it was a wish, but because I could not sleep at all
The hotel also host parties during the weekend, which I find completely inappropriate because you can hear pretty well the music

The breakfast is poor, the room service is terrible and the food in the restaurant is very very mediocre
Never order a chicken sandwich

I’m completely disappointed with this hotel it just tries to look like Stamba, Telegraph or Rooms hotels, but this hotels authenticity and service, and you’ll find none of this here
