I had to stop in Tbilisi for a couple of nights with my dad for his immigration interview, and I’m so glad we chose this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and super spacious—with stunning views of the park across the street and the entire city from the other side.
I can’t say enough about the staff—absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient. My dad is disabled, and they assisted him with so much care whenever he needed help. They even printed a bunch of documents for me last minute before the interview. Truly outstanding customer service!
The interior is elegant and spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety with a lovely dining area. I’m seriously impressed—this place is a gem. If you’re staying in Tbilisi, don’t think twice—this is the hotel to book!

LOVING this hotel. Room is great, bed and bedding so comfy, bathroom shower great with rain shower or removable head options. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had of this type (think international with many options but usually the hotel doesn’t do anything well, but here it’s all delicious). Staff is very friendly. Workout facility nice, spacious, clean. Hate that I won’t have time to visit the spa because it looks class. Walking distance to all the things you want to visit, also next to a park.

The hotel felt luxurious, the value for money is exceptional. The interiors are very beautiful and modern, the breakfast had a large selection of delicious foods, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. In the room we had free teas, not just the usual sorts but very fine blends, and free daily chocolates. The hotel is located in a very nice part of the city, very central with easy access to most attractions, as well as restaurants and shops.
