The hotel was in a good location and the room and common areas were clean and in good repair. Breakfast was ok. Happy to find this place and even with free car parking. However, the staff was absolutely indifferent to us, lacked basic politeness, offered no help for any requests. The front desk ask us to find his colleague to help park the car

The hotel is on the mountain. There are no restaurants within a radius of one kilometer, so eating is a problem. I booked a 27-square-meter superior king-size room for more than 500 yuan, but the hotel downgraded it for no reason. The room area is only more than 10 square meters and the decoration is very ordinary. The reservation is seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. After communicating with the hotel, the waiter's attitude was very bad! And he refused to check out. Later, I applied to Ctrip platform to communicate but failed. Ctrip platform refunded me more than 100 yuan of the difference in daily room rate, and a total of 500 yuan for 4 nights. On the third day of my stay, it was almost four o'clock in the afternoon, and the waiter still didn't come to clean the room. After I went to the front desk four times, the waiter came to clean the room. I asked the waiter for a toothbrush 🪥 and slippers 🩴, and the waiter also asked for a tip! I hereby give a bad review

We moved to pin Astoria hotel ,they don’t have suna and jacuzzi and swim pool so so cold and very dirty,service and staff and breakfast very good
