This is the most amazing place to stay. My wife and I doubled the length of our stay and changed our plans because we loved this place so much. It is really close to the lift where you can get your lift tickets. The hosts Maka and Ana are so AMAZING. So kind and has the most beautiful two little dogs. We cannot wait to come back and stay again in the future, it was amazing value. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Oh my god!! If I could give 500 stars I would. This could not have been a more incredible stay. Me and my husband had the most amazing time. The hosts are the two most amazing women and the two little dogs are the sweetest little babies. The location is unbeatable and I cannot believe it is such amazing value. Thank you again for hosting us. We will miss it here!! ❤️

The place was clean, value for money and looked like the photos. The skii lifts are also quite close. The host also helped us carry our luggage when we were moving in/out. They also kept our luggage for 5-6 hours after check out. A common kitchen is also there to prepare your own food. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hillside Gudauri was very disappointing. The pictures online are completely outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the property at all. The room did not feel clean. The bathroom had a strong, vulgar smell, and the towels provided were dirty and even had holes in them. Most concerning, when we entered the bathroom there were old, dirty underwear still hanging inside, which seriously made us question whether the room had been cleaned at all. We checked in early at 11, after confirming with the host via a phone call that they are ready for us. If she needed more time to clean or prepare she could have simply told us she was not ready and we would’ve been more than happy to wait.

The beds were also extremely uncomfortable — old spring mattresses that are completely worn out. The mattress folded down the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, this place does not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. I would not recommend staying here.

For a small fee, I got a comfortable room with an unforgettable view. The hostess was wonderful and didn't charge extra for early check-in. The room is spacious, and despite the floor-to-ceiling window, the noise from the road below is barely audible with the door closed.
