Tsar Bani is not only the best place in the area for its unique banya and message with oak, but also for the excellent accommodation and delicious food if you decide to stay there.
Marina, spasibo for the amazing breakfasts and dinner!
Ps. You only need a 10-minute walk to reach the gondola.

Just came for a sauna and scrub. Dmitriy was amazing! I highly recommend for post ski soreness. 10/10

We visited Tsar Bani while staying at the nearby ski resort and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our group of four rented the 6-person sauna, which gave us plenty of space to relax. Each of us did the Parenie treatment, and it was excellent. The Banya Master explained everything clearly, and the whole experience felt deeply relaxing.

The facilities were clean and well kept, the atmosphere was calm, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was something totally new for me, and I’m really glad we tried it. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Tsar Bani to anyone visiting Gudauri.

The staff responded fast, treated me with kindness, and were very understanding of my situation.

I went with my boyfriend for Russian bath. It was our first experience and we absolutely loved it. Nicolai was professional and humble and gave us an amazing experience. The facilities were great and authentic. We had an amazing herbal tea and snacks. Can’t say anything bad. Do yourself a favor and visit this place while you are in gudauri! We will be back for sure! Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽

The room was big and laid out very well, and it was warm enough. Slow wifi, but this is top of the mountain. Space to park the car. Bakery and a store within few meters of the hotel.

Great Russian sauna in Gudauri. All good. The only thing: looks like the building process was stopped in the middle

Loved the place. Its really warm, we felt very comfortable even when the outside temp is -6deg celsius. Must mention about the helpful manager and the lady Marisa at the desk. She was so nice and helpful. Made us feel like home.

The hotel is new, all amenities working and looking good. The loation is between busy main road, but the windows are good. No restaurant, but you can use the well equipped kitchen. Very good breakfast with porridge, eggs, coffee and local cheese and fruits. Wifi is slow. The spa is for a high extra charge, we did not use it. Receptionist speak little or no english, but you may call the helpful manager any time from the reception. The doggy ouside is a poor angry lonely guy :(
