The room was big and laid out very well, and it was warm enough. Slow wifi, but this is top of the mountain. Space to park the car. Bakery and a store within few meters of the hotel.

Great Russian sauna in Gudauri. All good. The only thing: looks like the building process was stopped in the middle

Superb place! Warm , beautiful, less expensive, lovely. And Mareta was really helpful for us.

Loved the place. Its really warm, we felt very comfortable even when the outside temp is -6deg celsius. Must mention about the helpful manager and the lady Marisa at the desk. She was so nice and helpful. Made us feel like home.

The hotel is new, all amenities working and looking good. The loation is between busy main road, but the windows are good. No restaurant, but you can use the well equipped kitchen. Very good breakfast with porridge, eggs, coffee and local cheese and fruits. Wifi is slow. The spa is for a high extra charge, we did not use it. Receptionist speak little or no english, but you may call the helpful manager any time from the reception. The doggy ouside is a poor angry lonely guy :(

The Russian spa is a different experience.. everyone should try that here but the room was not so good. Also they say shared kitchen but we had to ask them alot for access to the kitchen to cook our stuff

Great service, the staff went over and beyond. Spa is great, yummy breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, and cozy rooms.

Cozy rooms. Don't expect 5 star treatment. Staff doesn't speak English. No toiletries. No TV. WiFi speed is mediocre.
