Nice, small budget hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing at times, the dinner was great. The rooms are comfortable and there is a shuttle service to the slopes in the morning.

This is a small inn situated not so far from rhe main commercial area of fun, but also hidden away from noise and congestion. Rooms are large enough and heating is available. They provide two daily meals in winter season breakfast and dinner. Home made food and notging lavish, small variety of everything but you can ask for anything specific ahead of time.

It's a small family-run guesthouse, probably with only a dozen or so rooms. There's no elevator, which wasn't very convenient for us with luggage. It was very clean, and although small, it was clearly well-maintained. The scenery was nice, situated on a hillside; I imagine it would be perfect for skiing during the ski season.

Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. I recommend ear plugs. The hotel can get very noisy at night. You’re sleeping above a bar terrace where people go to smoke, drink and chat.

Our 6 night stay was amazing, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant has authentic Georgian menu, delicious dishes, and wines. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and every day there was something new to try. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope, few meters to the ski lift. Overall, the experience was beyond our expectations.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The property itself was lovely, and every aspect of the experience was enjoyable. But the rooms are really compressed, only thing that you can do there is Sleep, tv doesn't work, sauna doesn't work, besides that, the sleep is terible because the 3rd floor in the winter is really hot and the air is totaly too dry.

This is the most amazing place to stay. My wife and I doubled the length of our stay and changed our plans because we loved this place so much. The place was clean, value for money and looked like the photos. The skii lifts are also quite close. The host also helped us carry our luggage when we were moving in/out. They also kept our luggage for 5-6 hours after check out. A common kitchen is also there to prepare your own food. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

For a small fee, I got a comfortable room with an unforgettable view. The hostess was wonderful and didn't charge extra for early check-in. The room is spacious, and despite the floor-to-ceiling window, the noise from the road below is barely audible with the door closed.

I went with my boyfriend for Russian bath. It was our first experience and we absolutely loved it. Nicolai was professional and humble and gave us an amazing experience. I fel this hotel was well decorated (in a mixed sort of style) with fairly comfortable bedrooms and provided a wide variety of food choices when it came to its buffet meals. The view of the mountains should also be considered, as it was stunning particularly in late evening.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Gudauri. The host was extremely welcoming and the chef’s cooking was exquisite. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view when you step out on the balcony. And it’s not too far from the ski resort (less than a 10 minute drive) highly recommend!!
