Perfect staff, Good Breakfast and beautiful atmosphere

The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and you can see the snow-capped mountains directly.

The room faces the Holy Trinity Church. The lights of the church after dark are amazing. The small roads in the town are a bit difficult to navigate, but once you find the place, it is still convenient to drive. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

The outdoor lobby on the first floor offers a truly stunning view of the surrounding nature. And the breakfast was delicious. Despite being located in a remote rural area, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. If you enjoy wandering alone late at night, be aware that the area around this property is quite dark.

The location is good, but the facilities on the terrace are basically dilapidated. Other than that, it's ok. The room is not big but clean.

I read a lot of rave reviews about this guesthouse. But for the price, it's so-so... I can't say anything bad, but Georgia has impressed me with its service in many places, but unfortunately, not this hotel. The sofas are very dirty. The shower is weird. The mugs in the kitchen are cracked. The area around the bed is dusty. The mountains surrounding this place are a masterpiece.🔥

The lodge was cosy, warm and nicely furnished with everything you’d need. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The lodge is located at the foot of the mountains so when you wake up you’ve got Mountain veiws through all th windows. The local animals are friendly and clean, puppies and cats everywhere. We even had a really friendly orange and white cat join us for snuggles one evening...

There are many triangular cabins like this around, but our check-in didn't go smoothly. On the day of check-in, I received a message from the owner saying there was an emergency. You absolutely have to book the suite! The suite is the real deal—a two-story, triangular house, and it's absolutely fantastic. The proprietress is a gentle mother who handles her child very gracefully and is always polite (which is a welcome change from the usual 'battle-ready' faces you often see around here). Due to various reasons, the original accommodation was fully booked twice. We contacted Ctrip customer service and changed it to Pyramid. The customer service was in contact with the owner throughout the whole process. The owner was also very nice and had been waiting for a long time. Otherwise, Kazbek would have become a day where we would have to sleep on the streets.

I really enjoyed my stay at Iveria hotel. Marina, the host, was taking care of everything! The room was clean, the view amazing, comfortable, quiet, the perfect place for my little family. I recommend, and thanks Marina for such an amazing welcome!

The hotel offered a great experience with a perfect view from the balcony, a friendly hostess, and useful amenities like shampoo and toothbrushes, though the place had occasional water issues.

We have been travelling in Georgia for a month and this was our best stay. It was a very cozy and familylike, we felt very much at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen and courtyard were really nice to hang out in. The host Leila was very generous and we felt more welcome than any other place were we have been. The breakfast was delicious aswell.

A very cozy new hotel! We spent a long time deciding whether to book here or the popular hotel nearby, but we chose this one and couldn't be happier. Natural colors, wood. We enjoyed every minute there. The grounds are beautiful; the horses came the next day.

First you get flattened by an enormous dog (thankfully friendly) who pounces on everyone how arrives or leaves and spends the rest of his time trying to get in. The rooms are large, but very uncomfortable. No closet, it is a problem to hung your close. No table, you have no place to put a small stuff. Uncomfortable bathroom with no shelf to put your toothbrush, comb, etc. Very nice breakfast.

There is no kettle at the room, and they charge 3 GEL !!! for a tea bag, which makes you feel more like an ATM than a guest. Modern room but lacks some facilities (chairs, bath soap and holder). Mattress was a bit too stiff. Unimpressive breakfast which, at its price, can be skipped. Great views to the valley. Overall, mediocre value for money.

It is very nice place. Personal is really hospitable. We were living in good, pure, spacious room with amazing view on mountains. Rooms are staffed of all necessary things, really comfortable and well planned and designed. There is a big hall on the first floor with soft chairs and sofa and table.

Room is fine. Comfortable, spacious, bathroom is good. WiFi was mostly always working. Some issues with noise in the building especially late. We stayed on the lower level and every upstairs footstep is heard below. Not the most peaceful location. Breakfast is good, filling, local food. We departed early for hiking so we only were able to enjoy breakfast 1/3 days. Good, simple stay with nice people...

Spectacular views from room, we took the quad room, wakho & his family are really loving hosts, & they not only welcomed us into their home but also made it really a joyful stay for us. Kids had a chance to milk their cow! Wakho is a great guide , a very professional & safety conscious person to be trusted. We will surely stay with them again in our next trekking adventures!

A lovely place near the supermarkets and restaurants. It has a very nice ambience (the fire oven was great), the bed is comfortable and the view from the windows is top! Visited Kazbegi Cabins in May with my friends. Totally in love with this place. Huge window with mountain view, stylish interior, very calm and silent place. You can spectate sunrise on mount Kazbegi from the second floor. Extremely comfortable beds. Very fast response from host if needed. Easy check in using locker and checkout.

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, we went for a hiking trip and got a room that was overlooking the mountains (even from the Breakfast room). Breakfast was good, a variety of local food and salad. The host and her family were lovely, will definitely recommend this hotel further for guests who are interested to stay in Kazbegi.
