I really liked the hotel, the room and the owner of the hotel. We had a picnic on the veranda with a view of the mountains, it was cool!
I really love this owner! The car suddenly won't start! The boss fixed it for me! Although he may not go there again, I hope he will be happy in his life (ᵒ̴̶̷̤໐ᵒ̴̶̷̤) You can also watch the stars at night
The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, you can see the mountain and there is an observation deck Hygiene: Very good, the bathroom is spacious and clean Environment: Quiet, good sleep
The place was nice with friendly owners, clean rooms, and beautiful views. It was close to the supermarket and other places to visit nearby. And the view from the balcony was the best.
A unique place where I stopped unexpectedly for an extended period of time by a road closure. Beautiful views, and most of all, an exceptionally kind and hospitable host. We were able to use the kitchen, cook, and it was always clean and cleared of snow. He was very helpful to us in any situation, I highly recommend this place!
Excellent location. Comfortable room and easy and friendly check-in. They prefer that payments are made in cash however you can pay with your card although with 2.5% charge. Overall, would highly recommend.

Super clean, great welcome, free house wine. Perfect !
The room is completely new, very large, clean and comfortable. The photo matches completely.  There is everything you need and in excellent condition. The hostess is very hospitable and responsive, solves all issues promptly, met us despite the fact that we arrived late at night, treated us to a pie and incredibly tasty khachapuri! The car was parked in the yard without any problems.
Very clean and comfortable apartment. Living there for a couple of days we felt like we were at home. Thanks to the owners
Excellent guest house Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels, a comfortable bed, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave and absolutely everything you need for a good rest. In general, everything is there. The owners are very very nice and friendly. I'll definitely be back again.

A very well maintained guest house. The room with a private bathroom were clean. The hostess is helpful and easy to communicate with. The views from the balcony are gorgeous.
Outstanding hospitality, greatly recommended. It's a guest house, nothing out of regular wasn't expected - but the owners are receiving you in such a great manner that you don't need anything better. Great place to spend evenings. Greatly recommended.

The view is amazing! the landlord was really cute and helped with everything we needed. the only small issue we had was something she couldn't handle. there were gas issue fir the entire village, so no heating in rooms and no hot water, and when it was back it took a long time until hot water arrived to the rooms

We have been travelling in Georgia for a month and this was our best stay. It was a very cozy and familylike, we felt very much at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen and courtyard were really nice to hang out in. The host Leila was very generous and we felt more welcome than any other place were we have been. The breakfast was delicious aswell.
Very beautiful place, spectacular view, mountains with snow and sun together. Small rooms with balcony, clean and tidy. Possibility to do machine wash and dryer. Living room and garden to rest Kitchen if needed. Marina hosts a pleasant and gentle woman Lets feel at home

So much cheaper than the rooms. Its clean and functional, breakfast is good, and we saved $500 over the expensive hotel in town. We did have problems with city water turning off and not being able to flush.

Such a kind host and room was so nice and comfortable
Gia and Tamara were very kind. We had interesting conversations with him, he gave us great advice about what we can do around Stepantsminda.
Gia and Tamara were so kind and helpful. They were easy to contact and even took us us a lovely restaurant down in the village to get food and drinks. Wifi was good, the cottage was cozy, the living and kitchen areas were well equipped for cooking and eating, with a nice log fire to keep warm when the weather wasn't too great. Fantastic views and easy to get to the town and hikes. Thank you!

Lovely place in Kazbegi . The host were very nice and welcoming. Room was big . The breakfast was amazing , very tasty . The location is perfect ,in a quiet street but very near the center of the village.
These guys get the 5 stars mainly for their hospitality! Not only they were very helpful, the place have a homely atmosphere and things were all very clean for how many people were staying there. One draw back is that the bathroom is shared. The views from around is also great!

Very cosy place with a local feeling. The rooms are well decorated in what I believe to be a classic Georgian style. The rooms doesn't have a view, but you can see the beautiful mountains from the balcony. The hosts are very friendly and offered us so much food, snacks and alcohol while we stayed there only one night. Location is also great and not too far for the center.
