It’s strangely cozy for a big hotel, feels like home

The way to here is very very disturbing its a very long windy road with lots of trucks cause slow moving traffic that is almost STANDSTILL - i can say that the views are nice though while waiting in traffic

Lika was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire evening, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our experience. The service was excellent, and we truly felt welcomed

Amazing hotel with breathtaking views. We went around Christmas time and the decor was superb. We got the forest view room it was the best it felt like the room was more of a mountain view than forest

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant in Rooms Hotel Kazbegi. Special thanks to our waitress, Lika, who made the evening truly memorable

She helped us choose traditional Georgian dishes, which turned out to be absolutely delicious, and perfectly paired them with wine

The location is great, parking is convenient, the scenery is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the owner is very friendly. It's a great place and worth recommending

Everything about the room was great, from the view to the facilities. However, the owner only speaks Georgian, which made communication a bit difficult

On the way to the hotel, there's a cattle pen with a very aggressive white dog that barks furiously whenever it hears people. The fence is also quite low, so I was constantly worried the dog might jump over it

This was the first guesthouse I chose in Kazbekistan. The location was actually quite good; it was very close to the minibus station and other public transportation hubs, about a 10-minute walk

The main advantage was the location. Lying in bed watching the sky slowly turn red and rise was incredibly pleasant. This place didn't have an elevator, and the soundproofing was terrible

Can clearly see the Gergeti Trinity Church from the accomodation. It is literally right in front. Booked the room with balcony mountain view: Cleanliness 💫💫💫💫💫 Size 💫💫💫💫💫 Comfort💫💫💫💫💫 Definitely recommend this place

A prime location with a direct view of Mount Kazbegi. The facilities are clean, but lack air conditioning and some details are lacking. Suitable for a one-night stay. The area around the hotel is a bit cluttered

The hotel in the small town of Kazbegi is located on the hillside, with Mount Kazbek in the distance. We checked in on the evening of September 22

The room had a view of the snow-capped mountains and was quite clean. We had two rooms, and one of the bathrooms had a particularly strong odor for some reason. It was a bit far from the town center, but it was alright.

The guys and girls at the front desk are good-looking and very welcoming. The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are spacious, and the price/performance ratio is high

Breakfast is also included, which is very convenient for Kazbekistan. You can eat hot meals while looking at the snow-capped mountains when you wake up

Except for the distance from the station, it is because of the upper position that you can see the snow-capped mountains without any obstruction

The mugs in the kitchen are cracked. The area around the bed is dusty. The mountains surrounding this place are a masterpiece

The lodge is located at the foot of the mountains so when you wake up you’ve got Mountain veiws through all th windows. The local animals are friendly and clean, puppies and cats everywhere

We even had a really friendly orange and white cat join us for snuggles one evening. The entire stay was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area

The location was quite far from the main street. After trudging uphill in the rain to the original address, we finally met the owner

It's definitely worth staying! And remember, when you're here, you absolutely must visit the back mountain—it's incredibly beautiful!!! (Trinity Church is across the way, and the back mountain offers a distant view of the snowy peaks

Due to various reasons, the original accommodation was fully booked twice. We contacted Ctrip customer service and changed it to Pyramid. The customer service was in contact with the owner throughout the whole process

Fantastic view, new hotel, large room, large terrace oppositely the mount Kazbegi, comfortable bed, good breakfast Strongly recommended for all who want to spend unforgettable night in Kazbegi

❌Disliked · There is a pothole ridden road leading up to the hotel, no decent parking space and if you park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage entrance, you'll block off the whole road so have to quickly leave and park elsewhere

The location of the hotel is great! Open the curtains and you can see the Holy Trinity Church and the snow-capped mountains! The room is a little small, but clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, and it's a good experience

The family rooms were at -1 level, and there was no elevator, but they had a bell boy to help with the luggage. The swimming pool is small, but decent sized, so don't expect to be doing freestyle from end to end

✅Liked · We booked a family room which had somehow happened to be only 5GBP costlier than the standard room, so why not. There was indoor swimming pool which had just the perfect temperature, so I loved it

There is however a decent bit of space outside the hotel. Also, the hotel is at least 20 steps down and 50 steps away from the road you have to walk a tiny bit, but they have ramp to roll the luggage on

Location is also good, close to everything! Last but not least, the host is very helpful and friendly! He offered us his homemade wine ❤️ Will definitely come back next time!

With my binoculars I could even see people hiking down from the church. The location is perfect, very close to the main bus station, super market and restaurants but not on the main street, so it is very peaceful

It is nicely designed and well located guesthouse offering unforgettable view over surrounding mountains. Rooms are modern and cozy, beds are comfortable giving good sleep

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, it is located on the mountain, you can see the view from the room, the atmosphere is very good.

The room and facilities were excellent, very clean and with many little details which make your stay great, like ambient light in the bathroom, plugs everywhere in convenient spots, chairs and stools for your legs, best mattress to sleep ever, a nice balcony, superb spacious shower

The terrace was big !! The rooms are modern, well designed, aesthetic. It's great to sit out in a large terrace with a view. We were vegetarians and the hotel staff did take special care of that very well

It’s also by far the best breakfast we had in Georgia !!! A lot of choices for everyone ! The peak is the quality of the common spaces , with a super nice terrasse and a bar space with board game

Kazbegi is a small town/village and you can walk down the roads to the hike start point for the Gergeti Trinity Church too. Overall a great stay and a big highlight of my trip to Georgia

First you get flattened by an enormous dog (thankfully friendly) who pounces on everyone how arrives or leaves and spends the rest of his time trying to get in

Beautiful hotel in the valley, which looks stunning from the inside. The staff is super friendly, especially the woman sitting at the reception. I you have some spare time, come by and say hi to her

But that is not a problem at all because the housekeeping facilities are always there to cater to your request

Hotel and room are good and we got family room big room. This hotel we can see mountain around 360. Good view and morning we can smell grass and fresh air around mountain.

Honestly, I don’t believe the negative comments about them at all! Anyway , the restaurant is excellent, the service is excellent, and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with the water, but it was resolved very quickly

It's worth mentioning that my room was on the mountain side, which seems far more comfortable in term of noise compared to the street side. About food, the breakfast was fine and the dinner menu had a lot of options

The kitchen and courtyard were really nice to hang out in. The host Leila was very generous and we felt more welcome than any other place were we have been. The breakfast was delicious aswell

The hotel is close to the village center but not on the main road, making it quiet and safe. It's also pet-friendly; we saw other visitors with dogs, and the hotel has its own huge, friendly dog

She even offered us homemade breakfast but we politely refused as we wanted to explore the near around restaurants (and now we think we should have accepted 😀) The location is really great as its walkable from many restaurants

Stunning views from our bedroom and the terrace. The lady Nino is very welcoming and friendly, she gave us a warm welcome. Even she doesn't speak much English but we used Google Translate to communicate

The only place where they let us in at 4 am. The rooms are good, the view from the windows is excellent. Slippers, bathroom amenities are available. There is a veranda where we had a snack with our products

Very new (as per December 2019), comfortable quiet, VERY WARM, hotel. When we were there, dining room, kitchen and outside terrace were not yet finished, but looked imoressive

Healthy environment, wooden cottages, shower and toilet in all rooms, WIFI, with breakfast. Room for three people without breakfast 75 ₾.

Very nice place to stay in Kazbegi. Rooms are confortable and clean, some of them have a balcony with amazing views to the mountains. Also the family that runs the hotel is very charming

The room are very confortable, with a beautiful view to Kazbeg. Lia is a great host, always willing to help! I stayed a week there and I was hard to leave. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Located at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, the setting is wonderful. Especially the hotel's spacious terrace, which offers fantastic views of the Holy Trinity Church right opposite

The hotel's in-room facilities are pretty basic, but the views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast was plentiful, and you can also order dinner at the hotel. It's great value for money, and the cocktails are delicious!

Overall, the hotel facilities were excellent, with the only minor hiccup being the shower's water temperature, which was a bit difficult to regulate; everything else was fantastic

At 6:20 AM, we stood on the balcony and witnessed the breathtaking 'Golden Peaks' as the morning sun illuminated them – an absolutely perfect and memorable highlight of our stay
