Simply the best in the area, Amazing view, friendly staff and great food, what else would you wish for.
The room is comfortable and warm, and the breakfast is rich. You can also have afternoon tea and dinner in the restaurant. It is great to dine in the scenery, and you can directly see the Holy Trinity Church. The experience is full, it is worth staying!
We went on recommendation and did not regret it. Great breakfasts and territory. The views are stunning. The service is excellent, 24-hour reception. All common areas are stylish, clean. I would like to add a couple of jacuzzis on the open terrace to diversify the pool and sauna. We expected more variety from the spa. Otherwise, everything is great.

Everything was great! Got the stunning view since waking up in the morning with the mountain view!! The staff were very welcome and delivered great service. The food was also good.
The room is a bit small, but the location is great. The hotel upgraded me to a mountain view room, facing the snow-capped mountains, which is so beautiful.

Nice hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were find but could have been a bit more clean.
Beautiful hotel with an amazing view!! The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy! The breakfast was delicious too! Only thing was the dinner was not particularly good. Don’t recommend the mojitos or spaghetti bolognese. Was just noodles beef and no sauce?? I don’t recommend. The chicken soup was very good tho.
If I could give beyond 10 I will ! It’s definitely beyond my expectations ! I had the best stay ever , my room is fully glassed and was having the full view of the mountains and Gergeti church 🥰 very comfortable inside , the personal are so nice and helpful always around to make sure everything is okey , They’ve also terrace & restaurant and billard on the top , it’s very friendly environment also...
One of the finest hotels I have been to honestly! The restaurant is really nice with very calm atmosphere. The service is good as well. Great view even on a rainy day.
The place is very calm and new. The view is worth the stay, however, there isn't much facilities available at the hotel... Very friendly and nice staff
What a wonderful place. The chef is excellent. You eat from your eyes first. The food is excellent. The views are breathtaking from the huge courtyard. A wonderful places to stay. They need to work on their service staff, who were friendly but have no clue about the menu.
We had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. The chef is extremely talented. Gourmet food for a very reasonable price. The Restaurant is absolutely recommended. No doubt!
Nice rooms, beautiful lobby and a great view of the mountains. There is no air condition in the rooms which was problematic in the summer months. Service was OK.

This is a fine place to eat and a great alternative to the view from the rooms Kazbegi. Food is delicious, view is just amazing.
Very nice hotel! The prices for food are the same as in other restaurants. The presentation is beautiful, the taste is also normal. The interiors are very nice, they justify the name. The hotel has a bath - sauna and hamam. For 4 people it will be great. Very helpful staff. I would come again!

Great experience we had in the hotel, it has a nice Mountain View and the weather is absolutely amazing here. The breakfast brunch is in average, has not too many options and variety, but overall quality is good. The rooms has a very nice balcony.
Prices are above average. But the view from the terrace is simply amazing. The food is delicious. The staff is very polite! We stopped in for half an hour to have a snack and look at Kazbek. We were very pleased! I recommend!

The strangest hotel I've ever stayed at! Couldn't decide if it wasn't yet finished or had already started to fall apart. First you get flattened by an enormous dog (thankfully friendly) who pounces on everyone how arrives or leaves and spends the rest of his time trying to get in. Then the public area is a huge empty, echoing open space with the rooms around above. Dinner is included and was a reasonable...
This place is actually quite remote. In Sinuo Village, the giant statue next to it is actually not much to see. To get here, you need to charter a car to Juta Village. Juta Village is still very beautiful. You have to hike up the mountain and stay there for a while.
