Downtown There is a communicative and responsive staff, the administrators are also very attentive and detail-oriented, and they respond quickly. It is a very beautiful place and I really recommend you to visit downtown in old Tbilisi (Freedom Square). Good and beautiful, cozy environment.

It's kinda hard to locate and the location is a bit scary to go to as there's no light on the way. But the people there are very helpful and nice so no need to worry. The room is just ok.

We stayed for almost 10 days here and the room was clean with a strong wifi connection. The staffs are helpful and friendly particularly Nika and Izo. The Clock Tower, Liberty Square, and the Bridge of Peace are all within a ten to fifteen minute stroll from the hotel. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Located in the heart of downtown, this is an excellent budget choice. Close to bus stop from airport and metro station. Lovely welcome by Zoey and Lela, who looked after me during my stay. Although the hotel is located on a pedestrian street, business was slow, and it's not close to the main attractions. Fortunately, ride-hailing apps were great, saving us a lot of walking. However, everything else was very satisfactory, especially the breakfast, which included local specialties – fantastic!

It was a relatively early hotel. The hygiene was really poor... the sheets even had black stains. I was too tired to take pictures. The service was okay, but the breakfast selection was limited. For this price, it's roughly equivalent to a 200 RMB hotel in China.

I really dislike hotels that use the excuse of 'environmental protection' to cut corners. My room had no slippers and no bottled water. I had to go to the water dispenser in the hallway just to get a drink. I seriously doubt if the reusable glass bottles are actually sanitized!!!

I stayed here during our trip. I found this hotel with great value for money. Location is right by freedom square, rooms are clean, the staff speaks English and help with recommendations. I found the breakfast really good with alot of options. I would stay here again if I get to Tbilisi.

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Traveling with a friend, we booked two rooms. They were small but clean and well-designed. It's a great option if you're just staying for a short while, and the location is excellent.

After I gave Ana, Front Office Supervisor my Marriott Member# she gifted us with a free room upgrade. The Trip.com deal included breakfast which was a fantastic buffet. Staff all treated us with great service always with a smile. When our stay was over we said that the next time we needed a hotel in Tbilisi we would be back to the Courtyard.

We booked a standard king room with balcony. Professional staff. Toiletries are provided. Everything was clean and nice. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi and two different saunas. I liked the location! It's just a bit of a hike up the mountain, especially after a long walk. The breakfasts are good! The bed is comfortable! Daily cleaning. Cons: The hotel is clearly relatively new, but it needs some touch-ups (painting and tweaking are needed) and towels and bed linens need replacing. They're far from looking fresh and new. (I recommend checking before serving your room.)

Rooms seem old, I was first assigned to a room with aircon that is not working; got it changed on the next day. No refill of shower gel and shampoo, breakfast option is limited. Staff are friendly though; and convenient location.

My experience here was amazing. This lovely lady, Asma, was incredibly helpful and generous. She even communicated with me in Arabic! I was visiting from Saudi Arabia, and I was so surprised and happy to find someone from my culture here. God bless her. To this day, I still miss my trip, especially the amazing people like Asma I met along the way.

We had a very comfortable stay with our baby. The hotel’s location was very central and convenient. The breakfast variety was quite sufficient, and the rooms were very clean. Yes, the Soviet-style sanatorium is very distinctive and unique, and the freely available vinyl records and books are nice. However, the service was truly disappointing. Perhaps because of my Asian face, they thought I had sneaked in, as they questioned me about my purpose and room number, haha. The workspace was also quite basic, and everyone seemed very much like a manager.

The Onyx City Center Hotel is a stylish and well-located hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are two drawbacks: the breakfast isn't up to par with a five-star hotel, and the shower design causes water to leak out, making the bathroom very wet. Despite this, the hotel remains a good choice for a city break.
