All was really good. I stayed there for four nights/ five days. All personnel were so friendly, polite, helpful and supportive. All was very good, the service, the food, the breakfast for a person was huge, fresh and delicious. Thank you so much Eleven Tiblisi Team.Strongly recommended. 🙂

While the hotel's location and cleanliness weren't too bad, the air conditioning in the rooms was insufficient for heating. Consequently, the room doesn't warm up during colder months. Even though the room was delivered clean, despite requests, it wasn't cleaned during our stay. This is something to be aware of before going.

I liked the location! It's just a bit of a hike up the mountain, especially after a long walk.
The breakfasts are good! The bed is comfortable!
Daily cleaning.

Cons: The hotel is clearly relatively new, but it needs some touch-ups (painting and tweaking are needed) and towels and bed linens need replacing.
They're far from looking fresh and new.
(I recommend checking before serving your room.)

Hotel close to the centre and in the heart right behind Mercure Hotel (a bit of walk up like 300 mtrs) and on other side behind the famous Georgian Bath (again a walk up of 300 mtrs).

Hotel has groceries around and in house kitchen.

Room is super renovated and new, with all facilities.

Internet (WIFI) and Hot Water could be an issue but it depends on time to time.

Next to hotel is very nice Chinese Restaurant which one must try

The Freedom Square, Peace Bridge is on a walking distance of approx a KM

Staff is friendly and helpful

A wonderful, cozy little hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi. Very sincerely friendly staff, speaks Russian perfectly. Breakfasts are simple, but very tasty, you can see that they cook with soul. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of friends. Quiet place - you can sleep peacefully at night with the windows open... I will recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances and have never regretted it.

The hotel is in the old part of the city within walking distance of the sights and delicious restaurants, the room has everything you need, it is clean, cozy, but with the windows open it is noisy both day and night because of the road up the mountain under the windows. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served, and eggs to choose from omelette or scrambled eggs are cooked on the spot
