We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for our trip to Tblisi. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old town and is an excellent base to explore the city from. The amenities were good and the rooms were, nice, modern, and clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Very central location, within walking distance of the main attractions.
Rich and varied breakfast.
Nice and friendly restaurant staff.
Cons:
Avoid rooms facing the !patio
I booked in advance a high-floor room with an open view and even asked to reserve it with a possible extra charge. Despite this, I was given a very small room facing an internal patio, with a large window directly to a corridor used by guests and staff—so the curtains had to stay closed 24/7. The view felt like sleeping inside an office building. The room is basic and the hotel’s design is problematic.
The front desk did not seem to care about customer requests and tried to convince me this was the room I had booked. Only after I made it clear I would leave did they find another room the next day. Although the hotel replied to my messages, they did not act on them in practice.
There is also an issue with the showers: water pressure and temperature are unstable and change frequently.
Breakfast starts only after 08:00, which is inconvenient for early departures.

great location, funky building, not everyone's taste though. lack of spoiling options like pool, gym, spa. Breakfast is great, coffee is not.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful especially the front desk lady and made our family feel comfortable. They kindly arranged a baby crib and also allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the lovely hospitality.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food is delicious, and overall the stay was excellent.
The only downside was that the bed cover and blanket were made of a nylon material; I would recommend replacing them with cotton for better comfort.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
Special thanks to Khatia, the Front Office Manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. She was extremely helpful and made my stay much more pleasant.

The location is very central.
The rooms are quite good in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I can't say they were very attentive in terms of service. They didn't help us with our luggage when we arrived. But they were still polite.
There is no valet to take your car. You have to park your car yourself in a parking lot. There is a parking lot a little further down the road.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
