Brosse Garden Hotel in Tbilisi

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit all the attractions, but the room facilities are very mediocre. I'm not sure how it qualifies as a four-star hotel. The service, frankly, was deceptive. We checked into the hotel in the afternoon and heard loud noise in the room. When the staff member came to check, he claimed he'd spoken to his supervisor and the noise would stop in fifteen minutes. He then offered us an 'upgrade' to a different room for an additional 40 Lari. We decided to wait and see if the noise would indeed stop. After a while, it did subside, so we didn't switch rooms. However, around 3 AM, I was woken up by the noise again. I had no idea what to do at that point – was I supposed to pack all my belongings and switch rooms in the middle of the night? I barely got any sleep afterward. I checked the hotel's reviews and found that other guests had previously complained about this noise issue, meaning the staff was fully aware but chose to deceive me into thinking it would disappear. Later, I requested to cancel my extended stay and get a refund for the remaining nights. The staff refused, even after I offered to pay a partial fee. This hotel stay was my worst experience in Georgia. This hotel is completely untrustworthy.
