The staff was friendly, though they didn't speak Russian. The breakfasts were delicious, but a bit pricey. The room was cleaned every day, and they provided a couple of bottles of water. Everything was great.

I dropped off my laundry for express service (4 hours). Nine hours later, my clothes weren't ready when I went to pick them up, and then they told me I had to pay extra because they'd forgotten to account for something. The next morning, I went back again. Still not ready. I'm stuck without my clothes and can't even go out. They're telling me I need to pay *another* extra fee for something, and my clothes won't be ready until the evening (even without express service, they should have been ready by that evening initially). I've just wasted so much time, and the laundry cost was $45 for 4 T-shirts, 5 pairs of underwear, and 1 pair of socks, which is ridiculous pricing. I still haven't gotten my clothes back. They just keep saying 'by the evening.'

I stayed at the hotel for three nights with my mother.
(Most of the hotel guests were of Arab nationalities.)
Positives:
1. The hotel is very clean and quiet.
2. There are bidets in the room bathrooms, but not in the public restroom on the ground floor.
3. The food is very delicious and halal for Muslims.
4. The hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly.
5. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and takes less than a minute.
6. The hotel has a gym and a small garden.
7. Hot water is always available in the shower for bathing.
Negatives:
1. There is no kettle or fridge in the hotel room (but hot water is always available on the ground floor).
2. The hotel’s location is great, but there is no private parking or luggage assistance.
You have to carry your own luggage and cross the street to where the driver can park.
It wasn’t an issue for us as we had few bags, but it might be inconvenient for families with lots of luggage.

The app is not comfortable. You need to take a taxi to the main places. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke. The breakfasts are very very poor and the same. They clean the room only after making the bed. I do not recommend.

I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe, I really loved it.
Unfortunately, it was fully booked. From the room design and layout to the exceptionally warm service at the front desk, I gave it a big thumbs up!

A good business hotel. Rooms are spacious but there's no wardrobe. Toilets are clean with jet (important for Indians). But only shower gel, handwash and toilet roll is provided. There is no kettle in the room. If you want tea or coffee, order from the cafe.
We stayed here for an entire week, the breakfast menu remains the same.
They have a self check-in and check-out facility also. The location is the main plus point. It's located on the main road and close to the market, cafes and restaurants. Everything is available nearby.

Great hotel, i stayed for 4 days, the service was great, the staff were very polite and professional, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Great for arab visitors because the toilet has (شطاف), they have a beautiful garden.
i have some suggestions , the rooms has no telephones and i think because they want to be different hotel and that’s right, they are different and modern, but you must have a way for guest to communicate with the reception, like a barcode or something i can put my order or anything. Thanks for all the staff, they made my stay worth repeating.

First time in tblisi. And this hotel turned out be one of best hotel in town for the price. Easy check in etc made it convenient. It's high tech check in system and appointed rooms made the stay worthwhile.

It is an affordable hotel close to many places, and everything is kept at a minimalist level. Whenever we needed help, the staff at the bar assisted us. We really liked it. There is also a market nearby.
