We stayed for three nights at Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City in January, and the experience was excellent. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in very pleasant. Breakfast was delightful—we truly loved it. If we visit Tbilisi again, we would definitely choose to stay here once more.
The restaurant served authentic Georgian cuisine that was both delicious and memorable. The ambience inside was outstanding, with live music adding to the charm. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This used to be my favorite hotel for a weekend getaway but it is clearly on decline lately. From the front desk to the pool and on to the rooftop bar, things aren't working well. Reception isn't as pleasant as before, rooms aren't as clean, swimming pool and whirlpool areas dirty, whirlpool colder than the pool, simpler menu at the rooftop... Clientele also changed, resulting in hallway campouts and banging doors as large families move between rooms without any regard for peace and quiet. Doubt I would be going back.

We booked a standard king room with balcony. Professional staff. Toiletries are provided. Everything was clean and nice. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi and two different saunas. There is a fitness center. All of these were included in our stay.

Lovely hotel 🏡 clean rooms, extremely friendly personnel, well kept furniture and stylish interior.
Has a decent gym with several thread mills and weights machine, 2 average swimming pools (though they are usually packed) and sauna area.
Breakfast was also nice, not the biggest variety but had all the essential options both warm and cold.
Close by restaurant and groceries help a lot if you are staying for a while.

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem.
The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi.
I would come back here again.

I probably booked around New Year's, so it was quite expensive and not really worth the price I paid. However, the hotel room itself was decent, very spacious, and even had a balcony. The only downside is that the football field behind the hotel was very noisy at night, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, functional, clean and cozy. I had a large and spacious balcony. From the balcony you could hear music from the hotel's restaurant located nearby - for me it was actually pleasant. The service in the lobby is kind and kind. The spa is excellent, the jacuzzi and the hammam are not crowded at all and the facilities are of a high standard. The location is reasonable, a 10-minute taxi ride for two dollars from the hotel to the Old City area. We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at the hotel and I will definitely return to this hotel again the next time I am in Tbilisi.

We spent in this hotel last 2 days of our trip. Amazing spa, good gym and room we had. The most important thing I want to share that this hotel has the best hospitality I’ve ever had in Tbilisi. If we needed smth they did it immediately. And in our last day we had 10 more hour before the flight and hotel allowed led to leave our luggage in storage. That’s a good point from their side.
