Hotel Triston in Tbilisi

Very Great and warm hospitality. Our host Katie is really friendly, she supported us when my husband lost his phone and provide us with all possible advices for our trip. She is incredible helpful, kind a real superhost!
Amazing service and clean facilities.
The room is comfortable and has everything you may need including tooth care products, wine and chocolate’s bars!
Highly recommended, we would return for another stay! if you come in Tbilisi I really suggest you to reserve your stay here where a Georgian family will pampered you more than a 5 stars hotel!

This small hostel in Tbilisi was a true gem.

Family Hotel Triston was beyond my expectations. It is a tourist's dream place to stay. In the city and close to the old city as well. I spent 5 nights and a few more hours. Totally worth the money and as a solo woman traveler and a first time visitor I felt like I was staying with my own family. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, organized and have everything you need. Breakfasts were perfect as they take food very seriously. They are a lovely family running this hotel.. Very decent, educated, caring and would go that extra mile to make you feel good. They did everything they can and more for me. The host would suggest you the best places to visit and would share information on Georgia if you are interested. I was treated like a princess there and I think I will always compare every hotel I am going to stay, with them, here after. They set the bar so high. It was actually very emotional for me to say goodbye. And I would definitely visit Georgia again, just to see and spend a few more days with them.

I recently stayed at Family Hotel Tristan in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. The hotel offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere specifically the owner Keti and her mother both were truly helpful that truly feels like home.

From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on me.

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, which added an extra touch of convenience and luxury to my stay.

One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel’s location. Situated in a charming part of Tbilisi, it was easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel’s proximity to key sites made it an ideal base for discovering the beauty and culture of Tbilisi.

Breakfast at Family Hotel Tristan was delightful, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The quality and freshness of the food were evident, and the dining area was clean and inviting.

Very hospitable host family.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
The hotel is owned by a family who works there. They are very friendly and nice people.
The host met us at the airport, helped to find a place to exchange money with a good rate, and donated us on a bottle of wine and a bowl with cherries.
His daughter works on reception. She recommended some good and not so expensive places to eat and where to go sightseeing.
The breakfasts were nourishing, tasty and varied. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Cleaning was each day.

The family that running the hotel was very kind and they make you feel as your home and family.
The breakfast was excellent and the cleanness is very good. Actually they take care of all small details. I've spent two weeks there and from the first night the cable of the TV was damaged inside the wall. They bought me a new smart TV to run vis WiFi.
I really appreciate all the services they offered me during my stay. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you Keti, pass my regards to your mother and dad.

Residential area, peaceful 😌.. very clean room

Very nice hotel owners. Great hotel, the food is delicious, the room is clean and comfortable. The staff will always prompt, help, show how best to get to the place you need. As in my case, I left early in the morning, the owners made sure that I would not be hungry in the morning)) thanks again to them very much🤗 Excellent hotel is located with Old Tbilisi, you can walk min. 20 and you are already on Europe Square, where all the beauties of the city are revealed.
I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is super !!! For a room in my category, everything is clean, just purely not enough to say, 100 percent perfect, there is a bathrobe, slippers and a dental kit, which was not expected initially. The restaurant - the wine glasses and cutlery are so crystal clear - a feast for the eyes !!! In general, I will stay only here and recommend to my friends to stay only in this hotel! At the moment I am still here, but the time will come to leave and I already miss and understand that I will miss something in my heart. The staff is very kind and helpful. It feels like you are in a caring family. The breakfasts are delicious and the assortment is excellent. At this moment I am sitting before breakfast and cannot express my admiration. Of course, khinkali, khachaturi, shashlik and mamalyga are Georgia's calling cards, but here they serve for breakfast what I love since childhood, what my grandmother cooked. In other words, the guys have tears in their eyes with joy. How little a person needs for happiness. The location is super, the most important thing is that it is quiet, which is important for relaxation. If you wish, you can go wherever you want without the help of a guide, the metro is located on both sides of the hotel. 5 minutes and you are already guided by the city.
