The guest house is run by a family living in the same house. So they keep cozy atmosphere, it's very clean, calm and friendly. You'll feel just like at home.

The room was very warm in December, truly important if you don't want to get sick.

There was a tea kettle in the room and some tea available for the guests as well.

I didn't explore all other facilities in one night, there are more. I hope to spend more time with those wonderful people next time When in Tbilisi 😄

Simple but very comfy stay, perfect for catching a train in the morning, as the main station is just a few mins by foot. The host family is nice, good facilities , the bed is one of the most comfortable we've slept in on our Georgia trip

The host is really nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We were coming by late night flight from India and she stayed up to receive us and was in contact via Whatsapp till we arrived. She even talked to our Bolt driver and communicated the address properly. The house is 5 minutes walk from the train station, and is quite cosy and very clean, not to mention affordable.

Very lovely lady renting this room. The size of the room was sufficient, there was A/C and own bathroom. Not far from the center. Overall a nice stay. As the room is made up from wood, it can get very hot in the room during the night...
