Nice view. Clean and well equipped room. We had the room with the bathtub. You need to wait a while for the warm water, but it worked.
At the time of my visit, there was no marking at the building, that the hotel is in there. I would advise the owners to add a placard to the building.

It is indeed worth staying in while being in Tbilisi. Nice location with a magnificent view, a super hospitable host, brand-new hotel rooms providing you with everything needed for a perfect stay. Really worth 4 stars. Recommend

What a great place to stay! The rooms are amazing, spacious, extremely clean, and the balconies are perfect with such a nice view over the city! There’s a supermarket within a 3-minute walking distance and all Tbilisi is within 4 lari Uber ride 😊 the staff and the owner were very kind to us and went beyond themselves to make our stay great 👍 totally recommended and will definitely go back to this place in the future 😊
