Very nice owner :)
Great location. You are in the center of the older part of Tbilisi, right next to the botanical garden. Great view from the terrace. A comfortable place to sleep. Bathroom decent enough. Clean and nice. On the downside, however small, that the owner is on the spot all the time so he will be left with a slight discomfort for the whole day. However, people are very positive and kind. It is also possible to organize trips by the owner. I recommend 💛

I have looked at several guest houses in the area, this one is the best in terms of price-performance ratio. There is a shared kitchen with panoramic windows - an excellent view of the local landmark, the hydrogen sulfide baths and the mosque. The rooms are solid, very clean, good bedding and a spacious shower room.
Heating is regulated, there is air conditioning. The building is located next to the mosque, but after 10 pm there is silence (while on the next street people "walk" almost until the morning).
Friendly and helpful owners. Spent at two in the morning.

Difficult to agree in English. But everywhere in Georgia. Although the owner was waiting for the arrival but the accommodation was not marked on the outside. The driveway is blind and no entry at the beginning. But this must be ignored. But the rooms were clean.
