The room was well-equipped and very clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The only downside was the lack of an elevator. Otherwise, it was great, very good. There were no other noticeable problems. The Ctrip overseas platform is also good, in my opinion. Both the hotel and the platform are good, as reflected in this booking.

If you are looking for the best hotel in Tbilisi - Victoria Inn Tbilisi is the right choice. Everything was great - location, facilities, breakfast, staff, cleanness .etc We were celebrating my birthday, and were impressed by my bday gift from hotel - excellent wine with cheese / honey / grape plate. Thank you so much! If I ever come back to Georgia I will stay here forsure

I am in the hotel industry and have never received such poor service in my life!!! I stayed there February 11-15 and it was a birthday trip. I arrived early and upon arrival there was nobody and the door was just open. I took a seat on the sofa, fell asleep from the long journey, woke up two hours later and still no one at the reception. One hour later, a woman walks out of room 101, yes, the receptionist and said "oh check in time is only at 2pm that's why I am coming now. "what on earth! So they just casually go in rooms and come out when they feel like it. I go to the room, which is pleasant. However, there is no kettle and mug in the room. I go to sleep only to be awoken by a man shouting, yes the walls are not sound proof and this man would talk loudly at 3am no regards for who is sleeping. I head out, only to find no one cleans the room, I am a clean person but at least make up the bed! Next, breakfast was included and the older lady that speaks no English said it's not and even after showing her confirmation she could not care less. Next I had to put my own sheets outside for cleaning and the younger lady was like "oh, I see you left the sheets outside, do you want us to clean the room?" I said yes of course, why have you not cleaned it at all? No answer. At this point, I am already sick of this so called hotel and cannot wait to just leave. The staff themselves are on vacation and could not care less who stays there. I get back, room is not cleaned, cannot find staff now I must sleep on a bed without sheets! I had to write a review to warn everyone do not go, I am an easy going traveller and do not complain but this was just ridiculous, it took me a while to even decide to write this but people must know this "hotel "won't care about you. Their loss, because I am also someone who tips generously for genuine good service but they would rather take naps in guest rooms then actually help the guests. Go stay in a hostel, I have heard their services are much better and you actually get value for money. They used to many tourists but this place is the worst. It is my first time commenting on any hotel stay so for me to actually write this. Do not stay there!

hotel is on exellent location with great design. i had a emorable stay and will definitely come back. they had great breakfast. room was clean and cozy. service is on high level. receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice. Maybe location is not the best but it is near center of Avlabari and close to Rustaveli avenue (with public transport). What i love here. 1. Price 2. Clear rooms 3. Breakfast is amazing.

+ The room was clean and comfortable, with big balcony. The stuff was hospitable.
- But the bed was not the best of my life, honestly) And I wish Netflix TV was possible to see without asking for help with it. It was unavailable and I bailed on attempts.

Good: The hotel is nice, the rooms are cozy. Far from the center, but it's like someone.
Bad: a room where one single bed, in fact, consists of two mattresses connected.
The main and huge minus is cleaning. That's horrible. Feeling as if the room hadn't been cleaned too much. On the table near the bed is a ticket of some Pakistani, who apparently lived in it before (ticket for a month).
The bathroom faucets are dirty, as if they hadn't been washed in weeks. The shower broke as soon as it was touched. How the cleaning lady cleaned it and didn’t notice - we don’t understand. As a result, we were made guilty of breaking the shower. There was an open shower cap on the hair dryer. It may be clean, but this is the same hygiene product as pads, why open it from the package and hang it out? So, next time i won't come back here :-(

So i had 4night booked but i booked by mistakenly 5night, i request from booking.com chat to cancel one night they didn’t approve/reply.

on arrival Ms. Nataly (Manager) wasn’t welcoming at all to the guests and so her service in room for next horrible hotel stay for rest of days.

on second day Mr.George (Owner) pushed/forced us to shift (downgraded) us to cheaper room without refund because it is what it iss.

on third day we finally found two good humans in hotel to deal with all issues . Ms. Elene & Mr. David they tried to find some solutions to room services and provide fresh water and add some more flavors to breakfast.

on fourth day and other days as well the breakfast was of no point because really you have literally only few pcs of veg & fruit to eat with boiled egg and
if you ask for milk Ms. Nataly will say Georgia no milk,
if you ask for water Ms. Nataly will say water finish while her cupboard is full.
if you ask can we have any service in hotel she will be very upset.

i wish only Ms. Elene & Mr. David could handle the room guest and hotel . also please provide proper breakfast and services daily bases, if you don’t know how to handle guest then please find or educate yourself in hospitality.
