One of the highlights of the hotel is the terrace, which offers a beautiful view. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. There were very few options, and I couldn’t even get coffee. When I asked the lady at the service, she offered me hot water but no coffee. I felt either I had to pay for it or I arrived too late.
On a positive note, the girl at the reception was very nice. Lastly, the hotel isn’t in a central location, which can be inconvenient for exploring the city.
In summary, the hotel has its strengths, but improvements are needed, especially regarding breakfast and location.
I was living in the 1-person-room upstairs on the 2nd floor. So, first of all - in order to get to my room I have been climbing up the stairs. The worst thing about this is to lift and lower a heavy suitcase back and forth. I was able to do it, because I’m young, and what if I wasn’t? In addition, the ventilation cover in my room wasn’t so clean - it was full of dust.
All the other things were great and made me happy. Thank you 🥳
