Spent a week here and had among the best weeks of my life! A very quick walk away from their convenience store, the church, the exchange stand, and everything else that you can experience in this beautiful city. Rooms were a good value and were very comfortable! Should I visit Tbilisi again in the future I will be staying here again!!

Stayed here for a week. An excellent place with a very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. It's located very close to the tourist center so it'd take only a few minutes to reach the biggest city's attractions.

Wonderful cosy hotel nearby the historical centre, 15 minutes walk to Rike park. Very helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Its very nice that you can order tour or excursion right in the hotel.

Excellent hotel in private area with perfect location in the calm district near the Trinity Cathedral. 20 minutes to go in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town. Nearby is Avlabari subway station. Here are the most hospitable hosts and staff I’ve ever met. Definitely great choice for mid and long term stay. We stayed here as tourists for two monthes. You can choose wide and clean apartments with kitchen and everything you need even for remote work, also as usual hotel rooms. Breakfasts are delicious, but you have to order it in advance. If you want to get unforgettable experience, ask manager Eric for excursions in the surrounding area of Tbilisi.

Absolutely amazing experience. Vintage style rooms with super helpful staff.
A staff was available for our late check-in at 5:00am due to our delayed flight. Also next morning we were helped with another very helpful staff. Her jolliness and smile made our day 😊

Good place,clean and cozy environment and very good breakfast 5 stars for that,
But its situated very far from the nearest station avlabari though it looks just 15 minutes walk on maps it is quite a hike to reach up and go down everyday.

It's a clean and quite hotel, but very far away of many things in Tbilisi. There's nothing around, no market, no restaurant, no cafe. Poor WiFi in the room. It's just a budget friendly place.

When I had reserved the hotel, It had written "breakfast included".Unfortunately, after payment they sent an email that said 10 Lari per person everyday for breakfast!!!!😠

We (family, 3 young children) booked via expedia.de. Bc of problems during arrival we tried to postpone booking. Hotel told us: cancellation/postponement not possible. We arrived finally at the hotel very late in the night! Reception told us: there is no place available anymore, room was rented to someone else!!!!
Hotel sold the room twice! And did not want to confirm to us that there was no room available anymore. Obviously the hotel wanted to benefit from severe cancellation conditions and make us pay as well without delivering the service we paid for. Unjustified enrichment. We needed to call police. The director, a lady, was cheating and lying! Strongly recommended: do not book any room there! Stay away. Managers of hotel are dishonest people.
