Had the best 9-day stay here. George, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating, and David at the front desk was just as helpful. The place was very clean and located right in the heart of town, right beside Orbeliani Square. We were even able to do our laundry there - just ask. The only thing I wished for was a lift since the hotel is on the 4th floor but the view, especially at sunset, made up for it. Would definitely stay again ⭐️ (The first photo shows the building and the next two are the view from our room)

I made a reservation for a private room. They wrote me 2 weeks later there was a mistake on their side, and this price is not for a private room. I replied asking what can be done, they neve replied.
I had to cancel the reservation.

Good for 2 Star Hotel, No elevator you have to carry your luggage by yourself to the top floor. Clean rooms, don't expect more it's a kind of lodge.

Although its not a typical hotel with 5 star facilities but one feels at home at hotel Aleksandria. The staff is always ready to help and go the extra mile to serve their guests. The hotel is very clean and bright with cosy rooms. All our special requests were taken care off and were offered a refreshing view of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, specially with a family and looking for a budgeted vacation.
Note: The hotel has no lifts and is located on the 5th floor of the building. Taxis, exchange, metro, public transport, flea market, flower market and peace bridge is located at walking distance.

Don't let the entrance of the hotel fool you, inside is cozy, room is very comfortable, staff is soo friendly, owner Kaha is a real good friend....You will like this place..

There was road construction noise outside at the square and we couldn’t sleep all night. The owner was nice but said in the morning that there’s nothing he could have done about it. There are rooms that are not facing that noise so ask about it if you stay

A lot of appliences in the bathroom do not function properly, and the stuff almost forced us out of the room in the early afternoon. disgusting service

A basic comfortable hotel with an excellent location. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. Otherwise we were very happy.

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
