It’s not qualified to be a hotel. It’s a fancy Hostel … not recommended for families.

A. Location (2/5) – Price vs Location
The hotel’s location is decent but far from ideal. While it’s conveniently situated, many better hotels offer superior value for money. The price you pay here doesn’t seem justified by the location alone.

B. Stay Experience (1/5) – Price vs Comfort
Thanks to the artwork, the rooms are visually appealing, but aesthetic appeal alone isn’t enough. Practical issues significantly detract from the stay:
01. The absence of a lift makes it challenging to stay on higher floors, especially if you have luggage.
2. Most rooms lack balconies, so don’t expect to enjoy a morning coffee with a view. Instead, we felt that the dark choice of colours with just a window made rooms claustrophobic.
3. The bathrooms were cramped and poorly ventilated, leading to a suffocating, smelly and damp experience.

C. Food (0/5) – Major Disappointment
The hotel lacks a kitchen, meaning you’ll have to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, even if it’s included in your package. No room service is available, which is inconvenient, especially for families with children or elderly guests. Breakfast is also served late (after 8:30 AM), and early risers are left with subpar options like raw vegetables. We were handed whole tomatoes and cucumbers as a packed meal, which we had to return.

D. In-room facilities – Basic and Unimpressive
1. The room fresheners were broken, Lenin was never fresh, and towels were like scrubbers.
2. Soap dispensers were broken, and the taps were leaking.
3. The rooms do not have vanity mirrors, so grooming is inconvenient because the bathroom mirrors are fogged.

E. Parking (0/5) – Not Available or Useful
Parking is either unavailable or impractical, offering no real benefit for guests who need it.

This overall experience leaves much to be desired, especially given the price. The hotel falls short on many fronts.
