Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. My phone cord charger broke and one of the members of the team leant me his charger on several occasions! He was phenomenal and helped me with withdrawing money from the atm and ordering a Bolt to get to the airport.
The hostel is in a really ideal location. Close to everything in old town and maybe a 10minute walk to the nearest metro station.
The rooms are clean and despite being in a central location, it’s very quiet.
Two downsides: the mattresses are not comfortable. You can feel the springs digging into your body.
It’s very bright at all hours in the hostel. They do turn off the main light around 11pm and turn the lights on again around 8 but because there are windows in the rooms that go into the main space you can still see the lights. Just bring a sleep mask and you’ll be fine!

the Hostel is value for money and good location but the staff is really Unfriendly And Racist! they will not allow to take lower beds given it's available! and they will not allow you to pre book lower bed because ( apparently you can't book in advance) the Girl is especially very rude and doesn'tansw er to questions, when asked for touristc questions she responds "are you stupid just google" not a friendly atmosphere to be in.

good hostel. but at night it is impossible to find anyone at the reception. One person is sitting there, he is from Kazakhstan but the meanest person. who wants to meet all the girls from the guests. it is better to throw him out. he allows himself too much. such workers should not be kept here.

To flee! it was the worst hostel of my life. The photos do not show it but the dormitory is in the basement without windows with 16 beds (yes 16 beds !!!) it is horrible. there is only one shower so you have to wait at least 40 minutes in the morning. There is no kitchen. Only 2 toilets not clean. No common space except two tables in the entrance. I really do not recommend, it was the worst experience of my life in a hostel

This is the best hostel, run by the friendliest people, in an amazing location! When I left, it felt like I was leaving my own home. The common areas are comfortable and practical, and the rooms are spacious and airy. I will definitely come back!
