I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The environment is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. My experience was very good. Check in was fast. Staff spoke english fluently and helped with all the questions. The breakfast was very delicious and I liked how attentive everyone was. My room was on the 4 floor, it was quite, clean and most importantly comfortable. Very satisfied with my stay here. Definitely coming back with my family next time.

Many thanks to Zurab, all the staff makes a pleasant impression, polite, calm. I stay here for the second time. Disadvantages - noisy, poor soundproofing. You need to reserve a parking space in advance, the metro is within walking distance, there is a market and many shops nearby.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a pretty comfortable place. The heating was enough despite the very cold weather. The location allows you to reach anywhere you want quickly. We felt very welcomed in this place and Mr. Irakli was so kind to recommend us beatiful places in the city.

We arrived very early in the morning after flying all night, and were so exhaust when we arrived in Tbilisi. The hotel arranged transfer from the airport which were perfect! When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by a very tired and angry lady who showed us our room, so actually we were a little affraid that we would meet her every day. Friendly and helpful receptionist, helped us with parking, because the street in front of the hotel was under construction. One of the beds was an extra bed. The bathroom was OK. We couldn't have breakfast because we had to leave before they opened, so I can't comment on that.

The room on the first floor - with an exit to the terrace - is mega super. Very hospitable, helpful staff. They will call a taxi, ask about convenience, tell you about the sights. The guest house is run by a family living in the same house. So they keep cozy atmosphere, it's very clean, calm and friendly. You'll feel just like at home. The host is really nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We were coming by late night flight from India and she stayed up to receive us and was in contact via Whatsapp till we arrived. She even talked to our Bolt driver and communicated the address properly. The house is 5 minutes walk from the train station, and is quite cosy and very clean, not to mention affordable.

I wouldn't call it a hotel, more like a guesthouse. Parking is a problem, but the rooms have a private shower and toilet, a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and air conditioning. There's a shared kitchen on the ground floor. For those who enjoy peace and quiet and the feel of old Tbilisi, with its narrow streets and low-rise buildings, this is a great choice.

The hostel is well located and very familiar. The landlady is friendly and concerned about the well-being of the guests. The rooms are clean. However, it can get a little stuffy and you can only ventilate towards the aisle. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped.

I really can recommend this place! The rooms were clean and nice but the biggest plus was the service! Our host was the neighbor who was so welcoming and helpful! It is situated in a local neighborhood which I enjoyed a lot! Unfortunately the breakfast option wasn't available. Great Hotel in a familiar atmosphere. We stayed there for 4 nights and had a really nice time. We had a nice spacious room with a balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom was cleaned every day. The lady at the reception is really kind. She spent over an hour phoning to different companies to find us a cheap rental car for us and we could check-in in the morning. Had the best 9-day stay here. George, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating, and David at the front desk was just as helpful. The place was very clean and located right in the heart of town, right beside Orbeliani Square. We were even able to do our laundry there - just ask. The only thing I wished for was a lift since the hotel is on the 4th floor but the view, especially at sunset, made up...

Good for 2 Star Hotel, No elevator you have to carry your luggage by yourself to the top floor. Clean rooms, don't expect more it's a kind of lodge.
