Large room with modern bathroom .Mainly family rooms accommodates 3 adults per room .The breakfast was good and substantial.

Place is ok The rooms are a decent size, the breakfast is very adequate with a good choice of veg and non veg options. Our room was quite large The only thing is the curtains are not black out, so if you wake up because of the light it may be an Issue in summer And the toilet needed fixing as the whole thing moved every time we sat on it.. it wasn’t stuck down properly. Otherwise very accommodating

Hotel is located in the centre of old town and has fantastic viewing point on the terrace where breakfast is served. We were lucky with parking spaces near hotel so this was bonus points for us. Breakfast was delicious both days with varieties of the choices. Owner speaking fluent English and it is super nice and helpful. Rooms need a bit of refreshing for something a little modern.

Very good position for visiting old tbilisi. Ancient building with stunning view on the whole city from a fantastic terrace. The rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast was sufficient, dinner was super! The owner is a very friendly lady.

I cannot overstate how much I loved my stay here. Mari is a wonderful host who cooks delicious food. While it is a steep climb to get here, the view from the terrace is well worth it. Additionally, I attended a cooking class here in which we made khachapuri, khinkali and eggplant. Breakfast was incredible each day, sitting on the terrace is very special. They also have wine for sale.

I really recommend this place. The owners are very friendly. They always tries to do something for me and takes good care of me. The room condition is also excellent. The best family hotel, hostess Marina creates a homely atmosphere, you will feel like visiting relatives. The breakfasts are just excellent, you won't go hungry. The food is varied and very tasty. Awesome place, stayed here for two nights, the room was great, breakfast tasty and the owner and her family are incredibly nice and friendly. Even though I don't speak any russian / georgian and she doesn't speak English, there wasn't any problem. I can only recommend this place if you're staying in Tbilisi for a bit!

The location is excellent, as far as I'm concerned, it's convenient to get to from the airport; the train station is right in front of the hotel, from where you can transit to Russia or Armenia. Everything in the hotel was clean and tidy.

A brand new, nice hotel. A taxi to the old town with Yandex takes about 3 minutes and costs 3 lari (approximately 1 euro). The hotel is available on popular booking systems. The Ortachala bus station is nearby, with connections to both Baku and Tehran. Russian bus companies also operate here.

I wouldn't call it a hotel, more like a guesthouse. Parking is a problem, but the rooms have a private shower and toilet, a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and air conditioning. The hostel is well located and very familiar. The landlady is friendly and concerned about the well-being of the guests. The rooms are clean. However, it can get a little stuffy and you can only ventilate towards the aisle. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped.

I really can recommend this place! The rooms were clean and nice but the biggest plus was the service! Our host was the neighbor who was so welcoming and helpful! It is situated in a local neighborhood which I enjoyed a lot! Unfortunately the breakfast option wasn't available.
