Large room with modern bathroom .Mainly family rooms accommodates 3 adults per room .The breakfast was good and substantial.

Place is ok The rooms are a decent size, the breakfast is very adequate with a good choice of veg and non veg options. Our room was quite large The only thing is the curtains are not black out, so if you wake up because of the light it may be an Issue in summer And the toilet needed fixing as the whole thing moved every time we sat on it.. it wasn’t stuck down properly. Otherwise very accommodating

Price worthy, clean rooms and welcoming staff. Accessible to almost everything. Situated near the Dinamo Arena (stadium). I am my family loved it.

The hotel is at the highest level. I would like to thank the staff who tries to do everything for visitors, and makes it. Room clean, bath clean, all the lights are burning everywhere. Will call in again.

My experience was very good. Check in was fast. Staff spoke english fluently and helped with all the questions. The breakfast was very delicious and I liked how attentive everyone was. My room was on the 4 floor, it was quite, clean and most importantly comfortable. Very satisfied with my stay here. Definitely coming back with my family next time.

I really recommend this place. The owners are very friendly. They always tries to do something for me and takes good care of me. The room condition is also excellent. The living room and bedroom are separated from each other in a large space, and the kitchen is also located. And more courtyard is also good place to get seasonal flavor.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a pretty comfortable place. The heating was enough despite the very cold weather. The location allows you to reach anywhere you want quickly. We felt very welcomed in this place and Mr. Irakli was so kind to recommend us beatiful places in the city.

The place was very close to the city center. The room was good for two persons . I stayed there for 10 days and it was very convenient for us. The owner of the hotel is very friendly.

We stayed several nights in this hotel and were very happy about our stay. Our room was wonderful and had a great view of Trinity church. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The location is great; we loved staying in this neighborhood which had a more local feel than old Tbilisi and yet which is a 15 min walk away only.

Panorama 360 is a nice recently renovated hotel with amazing view on Tbilisi. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Many thanks to Zurab, all the staff makes a pleasant impression, polite, calm. I stay here for the second time. Disadvantages - noisy, poor soundproofing. You need to reserve a parking space in advance, the metro is within walking distance, there is a market and many shops nearby.

It was clean and comfortable, very close to metro and easy acces to supermarkets. Walls are very thin, there was no hot water sometimes and the TV channels are only Russians television😁. Our room's Door had a gap on top and It was bothering for us.

I stayed here for a few nights. Irma, the reception lady, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She was very attentive and helped me with my requests. The location is excellent, as far as I'm concerned, it's convenient to get to from the airport; the train station is right in front of the hotel, from where you can transit to Russia or Armenia. A brand new, nice hotel. A taxi to the old town with Yandex takes about 3 minutes and costs 3 lari (approximately 1 euro). The hotel is available on popular booking systems. The Ortachala bus station is nearby, with connections to both Baku and Tehran. Russian bus companies also operate here.

The host is really nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We were coming by late night flight from India and she stayed up to receive us and was in contact via Whatsapp till we arrived. She even talked to our Bolt driver and communicated the address properly. The house is 5 minutes walk from the train station, and is quite cosy and very clean, not to mention affordable.

I wouldn't call it a hotel, more like a guesthouse. Parking is a problem, but the rooms have a private shower and toilet, a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and air conditioning. There's a shared kitchen on the ground floor. For those who enjoy peace and quiet and the feel of old Tbilisi, with its narrow streets and low-rise buildings, this is a great choice.

The hostel is well located and very familiar. The landlady is friendly and concerned about the well-being of the guests. The rooms are clean. However, it can get a little stuffy and you can only ventilate towards the aisle. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped.

Had the best 9-day stay here. George, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating, and David at the front desk was just as helpful. The place was very clean and located right in the heart of town, right beside Orbeliani Square. We were even able to do our laundry there - just ask. The only thing I wished for was a lift since the hotel is on the 4th floor but the view, especially at sunset, made up...
