Stayed one night, bed was clean but this hotel is in need of a technical person who can fix the loose toilet seat and broken light switches and all other small things that feel end of life. Also no breakfast available and no receptiondesk in the mornings. It's more like a 40 euro do it yourself kind of hotel but they charged more than triple that amount.
I think they will let this run into the ground for another year and then sell the lot.

Having to leave at 10:30 is a disaster and the wifi only works halfway.

Very nice place. Beautiful rooms with air conditioning. The service is great, we had to spontaneously cancel our original hotel which turned out to be a stroke of luck. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were completely satisfied.
If we are in Karlsruhe again we will stay there.
As the hotel is very central, most of the city can be reached on foot.

New, modern and clean. And right in the center. Very nice and courteous staff. We ordered at short notice and were completely satisfied. We would love to come back here.

The rooms are clean and everything is in good condition. The ambience is a matter of taste. At €140/night, the price is clearly too high for the fact that quite a lot of self-made (check-in via machine) is done here and the lounge furniture on the roof terrace and front terrace are all still packed up in August. And the breakfast is really underground. That's cold. The selection small. It is understandable that with such a low occupancy rate, it is not always possible to fully serve. But then, as I said, not at the price.

The hotel is located on the corner of a busy street, but in the well-kept room you can completely relax after a long day at work. The staff were very very friendly and helpful.
For example, I forgot my phone charger and it was returned to me free of charge. A really nice hotel, definitely recommended. I will definitely go back here!
