Reviews
This has been, without question, the worst hotel experience of my life.
The most serious issue is the extreme and constant noise throughout the night. It is impossible to sleep due to the deafening sound coming from the hotel’s private machinery rooms. The noise appears to originate from the building’s own equipment and continues relentlessly during nighttime hours. The disturbance is so severe that proper rest is simply not possible.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of assistance after 10:00 p.m. The reception desk is unattended, and there is no staff available to address urgent concerns. When calling the provided phone number, guests are informed that no help can be offered until the following morning. This level of inaccessibility is unacceptable, particularly when the issue directly affects a guest’s ability to sleep.
In addition to the noise and lack of service, the hotel’s overall cleanliness and maintenance standards are deeply concerning. The facilities feel unclean, and the shower do not function properly, with inconsistent water pressure and temperature issues. These basic shortcomings further demonstrate a serious lack of care and professionalism.
I traveled here for work and required a quiet environment to rest and prepare for professional commitments. Instead, I found myself in a situation where sleeping was virtually impossible. A hotel’s most basic responsibility is to provide a safe, clean and comfortable place to rest and this establishment fails entirely in that regard.
I strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here. Staying at this hotel is a decision you are likely to regret.
The bathrooms could use some maintenance of the utilities, but the is a minor detractor, as I am always pleased to visit this hotel.
Our room was small but enough, since we only spent one night. Could be cleaner, but it was clean. The checkin was really easy since it's 24/7 and we had no problems even though we arrived at 1 AM. You can also park at the garage for 12€/day. The breakfast has the normal German options, and you can get coffee and tea all day, which was a nice plus.
Would come again for a night, but I think that for a longer stay it's worth spending a bit more to get something more comfortable :D
I had a small cockroach on my bed.
The room is very tight.
