Very friendly staff, right by train station and tram station.

I have been to several IBIZ hotels and this is the worst I have been to. The staff feel like they had to work there, constantly angry. The breakfast is not at all what everyone is talking about, very bad. The room was not good at all. The bed was not comfortable at all. The toilet felt like I was in an airplane toilet. There was only one wall socket in the whole room. Everything felt old in the hotel. The pictures show one thing but when you get there it is another thing. Do not recommend this hotel.

The windows couldn't be opened, the ducted air conditioner couldn't cool the room in cool weather (it was stuffy and hot), and on the last day it didn't work at all. The cleaning crew starts work early (it's noisy). One towel per person is provided.

The room was clean and spacious enough to fit two suitcases. The toilet was a bit smelly, and it would have been better if they had provided tissues.

Nice building on a nice spot. Staff was friendly. The room facility, like bathroom was outdated and strange. Plastic shower and no locks or doors for the bathroom. Overall was oke.

The room was very comfortable, the location was great, right next to the central station, and the tram was right outside the door, which was very convenient. The room was clean and promptly cleaned, the breakfast was plentiful, and the place was very quiet. I was very satisfied!

I think it is important to remember what you are buying here. It is listed as a 2 star hotel. - The ac mostly worked on the first floor, though it was not too hot
- the shower had warm water
- this is really really close to the tracks, and those on the first floor can not safely open their windows as there is a concrete walkway outside the rooms
- the beds were not that comfortable, but not horrible
- the one outlet was a real pain. It is far away from the bed
- it was an easy walk for an early morning train

I don’t think I would stay there again when I am there for work, but it cheap and close to the zoo and train station

Centrally located hotel, 2 minutes from main station, close to food outlets and all the trams, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and functional, what more do you want ? 😄
