Our Dec 2025 stay at Plaza Karlsruhe was exceptional in every way. Friendly professional greeting. Room was clean and spacious. One must remember nowadays hotels offer GREEN service, meaning no cleaning room to safe engery, supposedly. So hang outside door reminder for daily cleaning! Their breakfast assortment is the best we had in years. Exceptional, varied, decent price of 17Euros. Great quality and quantity of foods. WIFI worked as well. Super delighted and satisfied. Highly recommend.

Very good in general. Bed mattress too soft for my habits. Good chair and table to work at the pc in the room. Very small fitness room, but anyway it is good that there is one. In general, a good business hotel.

Shower has no hot water. When the reception was informed - they got angry at me - because how dare I say anything for a problem that was caused by a mechanical failure of their system. The front desk rep was pretty abusive and dismissive of the issue. Even though I stayed very polite - all I received was angry and dismissive comments.

Loved the Pool and daily activities. Has a resort feel to it. The breakfast buffet is 2nd to none!

Only issue is the response times from the front desk. This way be a high season problem however, seeing how we traveled in early Aug.

Disappointed
Disappointed that my room was not cleaned for the whole week, breakfast okay but made a huge difference to my stay - have stopped here many times but feel the last two occasions were not okay -

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel PLAZA Premium Karlsruhe and I must say, it was a very good experience.
The hotel itself is very good, providing all the amenities and comforts one could ask for. What truly set this hotel apart for me was the staff. The personnel here are super professional, attending to every need with efficiency and a smile.

A great hotel for a driver :)
Very nice hotel, breakfast has plenty of choices and offers something for everyone. The room are nice and the bed comfortable. I had only 2 issues, the aircon did not work in our room, luckily was not hot, and the check-in stops at 10:30. I was coming from a long drive and I was stunned by it. Got lucky the guy at the desk was running late and helped me out but the entrance barrier did not open and you kinda stuck on the outside car park if you cannot go across the grass with the car. Overall a good stay and i will stop again.
