Best Hotels in Oberstdorf

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had anywhere. Amazing breakfast. Great rooms. Wonderful service with excellent attention to detail.

Best place and staff ever , especially Doris Widera She is the best person I met in 2025 as she was helpful all the time + she help us in our train trip and in all needs during my stay at the hotel

Well, this is another excellent Best Western +. Service is as expected in Deutschland, efficient, friendly and professional. Breakfast is perfect, enough variety to serve even the most critical of guests

Very clean great service. Only drawback is no air conditioning. (US travelers might be shocked by that) Vonya, was exceptional in dining portion. Breakfast was included and really good.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in a terraced studio at an annex building 2 minutes from the main one. The room was spacious and had a walk-in closet which was extremely handy at the time

The only two things that I missed were a harder (or just newer) mattress and a kettle — the coffee machine came with water boiling functionality but it wasn't that good :) It would be nice to stay in Best Western Plus Hotel Alpenhof once again

The large and beautifully designed spa areas, both indoors and outdoors, are a pleasant surprise. The only drawback: when families arrive, it's unclear how to manage noisy hordes of all ages splashing around in the water

Service is excellent as well as the food. All though the internet is a little dodgy in some of the rooms.

A very well-maintained and family-run 5-star hotel with a wonderful ambiance. Tastefully renovated and enhanced. Not too big and not too small. A very attentive team in all areas

The service was outstanding and everyone called you by name! The spas were modern and spacious with loads of relaxation rooms. Fresh air and amazing hiking trails. The owners were always available and welcoming

The restaurant is exceptional, delicious gourmet food, beautiful presentation and the best service, always going above and beyond expectations

Many guests would appreciate a reminder to be a little more considerate. The issue of those who reserve sun loungers but then fail to show up also needs improvement

Beautiful suites and views - great food

The beds were far too soft and worn out; a mattress change was definitely in order. Unfortunately, neither Sky nor DAZN were available in the bar, which was a shame, especially during the peak of the football season

Everything was perfect: the suite with a big balcony, fantastic breakfast and dinner, peaceful spa area, and above all the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel well taken care of

Wonderful stay! Will definitely return next time we visit Oberstdorf. The rooms were nice and spacious, quiet, and it seemed like the bathroom had been recently redone. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet

Happy Hour on Friday with live music by a cozy fire was a really fun added bonus. And to top it all off, all employees were incredibly lovely

Everything was great! We really liked everything. Rooms are big and clean with balcony. Service was great.

The breakfast which was included in our room was rich and tasty. They had a very good variety of local bread and pastry. We also could charge the Electric Vehicle with newly installed wall boxes

Since we traveled with a dog we asked whether we could take the dog to the dinner. They explained this was not possible in the normal dining room. But they prepared a very nice table in the bar

The food was good and the service again friendly and efficient. The room was big and nicely maintained (Comfort Room Plus). Everything was clean and working

I loved the pool and the two saunas. I loved the cleanliness and decor of my room. The front desk staff was really helpful in directing me towards activities I would enjoy as well.

We visited this hotel during a trip through several places in Oberbayern. The reception was very efficient and friendly. They explained everything and gave us some nice tips

Overall great experience for a fair price. The food in the evening and especially for breakfast was delicious. The rooms could be better and the pool are is a bit older.

Waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and we ordered some dinner and desert, which were both soooo good (you have to tey the creamy pumpkin soup with venison!)

My room is good but the bathroom is too much small, and in 2017 is not possible to don't have power plug near the bed!! Breakfast fast is good with all you need. And the position is perfect you are in the city center.

We were here for a week and we loved it, the people who work here are real people very friendly and not fake friendly, the food is excellent, the rooms are very clean, it's a shame it was only one week.

They could read almost every wish from the eyes and were still in a good mood. The food was varied every day with a lot of choices and also uniquely delicious

The food leaves nothing to be desired, something for everyone. And of course he doesn't cook like mom, man should get involved, a different interpretation of the preparation is not worse, just different😏😏

I found a nice and clean room, the service is nice and tries to ensure that nothing is lacking. It almost doesn't get any better. And of course Corona is also an issue and is implemented very well

The rooms are functional and comfortably furnished. We have rarely slept so well in a hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, along with additional freshly prepared items

Very nice hotel, we have been there many times and will definitely stay there again and again. Nice wellness area, nice room and good food - you accept the higher prices for that. Overall really recommendable!

The restaurant is beyond praise! Both breakfast and dinner are the best level! Real haute cuisine! For dinner 5 courses - everything is so delicious that it is dangerous to gain weight!

Everyone was very accommodating, especially when i mangled their language. (They were patient with me) the breakfasts were ample, and we did take advantage of the full board dinners several times during out 7 day stay

The room was luxurious, the sauna was great (don't normally get into this very much). Make sure you enjoy the mountains and ride the gondolas when you visit. Also the food is amazing - you wont regret staying here

The food was delicious, and the beds and rooms were comfortable and spotless. The pol was clean the the lawn sunning area was serene and lush. Walking distance to the Nebelhorn Bahn, and the center of Obertsdorf

Good, but could be even better. The hotel was immaculately clean and very friendly staff. with comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast buffet and a marvellous view. The hotel was very different from its advert
