This is one of the few hotels in Europe that truly stays in your heart ❤️ Impeccable service, beautiful rooms… the entire hotel reflects the love and dedication of its owners and staff.
And the restaurant deserves a story of its own — it is pure delight in both flavor and service. The restaurant team deserves special gratitude. The care and warmth with which they look after their guests is simply extraordinary.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Only improvement would be Aircon in the rooms.

We loved this place. Everyone was very accommodating, especially when i mangled their language. (They were patient with me) the breakfasts were ample, and we did take advantage of the full board dinners several times during out 7 day stay. The food was delicious, and the beds and rooms were comfortable and spotless. The pol was clean the the lawn sunning area was serene and lush. Walking distance to the Nebelhorn Bahn, and the center of Obertsdorf

From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The food was great and it definitely won't be our last stay there.

Good sauna and swimming pool, but there is not enough jacuzzi and ice water for contrast procedures and relaxation... The restaurant is beyond praise! Both breakfast and dinner are the best level! Real haute cuisine! For dinner 5 courses - everything is so delicious that it is dangerous to gain weight!

Found this place on the internet and booked at the last minute. Glad we did. We did not know any German and the staff couldn't have been nicer to us. They helped us with every need. The room was luxurious, the sauna was great (don't normally get into this very much). Make sure you enjoy the mountains and ride the gondolas when you visit. Also the food is amazing - you wont regret staying here.
