Excellent staff. The restaurant is exquisite. We were very happy with this property.

In my experience, this hotel has terrible wi-fi which caused a delay to my meeting. Also an extremely rude lady (boss?) who SCOLDED me for running out to get internet reception when I clearly told 2 waiters on my way out that I had not yet paid for my tea.

Upon my return to pay, and after paying, I sat down at the table WHERE I WAS SEATED before. And she told me to MOVE to another table that was not set.

Review is for the Café/Restaurant...
What extraordinary good food this place serves!!
We stopped by spontaneously one Saturday evening and were seated promptly.
Waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and we ordered some dinner and desert, which were both soooo good (you have to tey the creamy pumpkin soup with venison!). If we will return to Oberstdorf this place is definitely on my to visit places again!

My room is good but the bathroom is too much small, and in 2017 is not possible to don't have power plug near the bed!! Breakfast fast is good with all you need. And the position is perfect you are in the city center.

Very typical algauer hotel placed in the earth of oberstdorf, twins bed room are nice and big but single bed room are quite small... breakfast is rich with everything you needed, and all the staff is so kind to help you with all necessary
