Not Recommended – Guest Safety Ignore and Terrible Service

We had an incredibly distressing experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

First, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is 20 km away from the city center, with roads leading to it that are completely dark and lack any street lighting. This made us feel isolated and unsafe from the start.

On top of that, the service was appalling. Our booking required us to check out earlier today, December 30, without any refund for the remaining night. The situation arose because the staff ignored my specific request not to sell alcohol to my husband, who was not in a good state of mind. When I asked them why they chose to sell him a drink despite my plea, their response was shocking—they said, “It is for the hotel’s benefit,” and that they had no reason to stop a drunk man. This attitude clearly prioritizes profit over guest safety and well-being.

As a result of their reckless actions, I feared for both his safety and mine. When I raised my concerns and warned the staff of the potential consequences (even mentioning that I might need to involve the police), they showed complete indifference.

The situation escalated further when they rudely knocked on our door at 8 AM on December 30, demanded we leave within an hour, and threatened to call the police if we didn’t comply. They refused to hear our side of the story and showed no concern when we explained that we might not be able to find another place to stay. Their attitude was cold, unprofessional, and dismissive.

For a hotel charging 230€ per night, this behavior is beyond unacceptable. Between the unsafe location, the staff’s profit-driven mindset, and their disregard for guest safety, this establishment is simply not worth it. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.
