Nice clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately the staff hadn't left a key to the room in the keybox outside when we arrived, so what was meant to be an easy self-service check-in was a lot of hassle. We had to ring and get a code for the box and then waited 2 hours for somebody to drive to the hotel with the key. Also had to ring 3 times to find out what was happening and the staff on the helpline didnt speak English, so communication was rather difficult.
Good price, but when the system doesnt work it left us feeling quite frustrated.

We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount!
Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time and because the cleanliness is not the best in this place we received the place unclean they did not even change all the bed covers and I had to clean the toilet myself. And because we moved from one place to another and waited for the place to be ready we wasted a whole day.
After all this when we left the place they gave us a very very small discount almost negligible from the city taxes.
This was our worst experience with hotels.

Regio Hotel receptionist does not speak English. He started yelling and slamming things instead of calling the customer service line for the Regio Hotel which has English speaking agents. I explained the situation to the corporate office and the lady just laughed. Apparently, this company buys distressed properties and runs them cheaply. Hospitality is not what they strive for.

As mentioned found the key pincode entry a bit strange ,however, the room although small was reasonably well equipped and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel is only ten minutes walk from the town centre and if you are wanting a reasonably priced place to stay in a very quiet area of the town and with a good breakfast with ample parking this is a very good place to chose

Absolutely amaizing place. Especially if you are lucky to get apartment Nr.1. Parking without problems, rooms looks nice and fresh. Breakfast served in apartment or at the terrace its amaizing. Thx for such a service. Definitely will come again.
