Good place for a stopover when traveling, nicely situated in the city center, so good for food and drinks. Rooms are clean and have all you need for 1 night . Staf is friendly and nice. Parking might be an issue when the garage is full, we managed to park right in front of the hotel. Was slightly moer expensive but it was good. I would go there again next time!

Someone that had all the booking data tried to scam us on whatsapp and get us to pay on a fake site.

We didn't go to the property anymore.

They probably got hacked , but they don't care.

They consider it a no show and offered no refund.

The room was ok but they didn’t clean the room even if we stayed there for 3 nights. I know that in this part of Germany they ask you if you want to skip the cleaning but they did not ask us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Freiburg! Everything was excellent — from the friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall atmosphere. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and public transportation. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Freiburg and would happily stay here again!

Accommodation in Freiburg
The hotel is close to the hill where we can reach easily for a pleasant walk. From the city centre is few blocks away and it is possible to go by walk.
As it was extremely hot during my stay, a small fan (no air conditioning) did not help a lot!

Mostly great, we had problems with the safe though, it lost our code twice, and we had to have them open it

Very nice hotel with affordable prices. We got a normal double room without balcony but it is pretty big and very modern. Even though the we didn’t get their vending machine to work the bar was open until late. The location is very good and around 10 minutes to walk from the main train station. Would come back!
