This hotel is an art of challet. Was quite. No elevator should be noticed. Breakfast was very good. Clean and good choices.

The office was closed when we arrived during the stated check in times, but we were able to ring the residence of the hotel manager. One of the rooms did not have towels, and the bed linens were not clean. The breakfast was superb! Overall, the place is very quaint and homey.

Wonderful! We LOVED this hotel. It is a charming, olde-worlde hotel with excellent food, comfortable rooms and helpful and friendly staff. We have been on holiday round Germany, staying in many different places and this was definitely our favourite.

Great breakfast! Gym is very good with "smith" machine, bench press, heavy dumbells and pull over. Excellent for strenght training. Keep it good please! And let it open 24h. Only lowlight is lack of air conditioning. On summer time must be hard. Everything else was excellent.

Familiar hotel with kind people helping you with all your needs. The room was new and clean, the food at restaurant was really good. We stayed just one night so we could not use all the services offered, like the Sauna or the Gym. Better stay in the area!

This is a family run hotel and so they try to make it more comfortable for the guests. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The hotels location is perfect. Its clean. In checking however took us more than half an hour. I would suggest to also have an option to check in at the main desk. This would be way more customer friendly

A pleasant experience with a few minor caveats. The rooms were clean with a few odd spots on the carpet. The bathroom was clean with the amenities being well stocked. We had booked a 5 night stay - the room was a little on the small side for 2 people navigating, but efficient. A small fridge would be a great addition to the room. Location is great - walking distance to restaurants/shopping and the train station. The only draw back we found is that there is no physical person that can be addressed - all communication goes through a central office not located in town...

Stayed here for one night whilst (incidentally) a medieval festival was taking place in the town. That meant no access to the hotel and its car park as all of the streets in a 100m radius to it were closed. Simply top-notch! Almost perfect. Room, location, comfort, service! I stayed in the boarding house at the rear. Extremely quiet, despite being close to the pedestrian zone. Parking directly in front of the building in the "shelf system," a great common room with drinks fridges for self-catering. Breakfast is served in the attic of the main building. Great selection! The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything one needs. There was a desk with two chairs, a closet and even a small balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and we were able to work in the newly created open work space. Breakfast is decent, not huge but nice options and everything was tasty.

Self check in was luckily smooth due to our phone internet otherwise it could have been bad. Overall we were happy with our stay.

I've been a guest here for years and am always very satisfied. The rooms are functional, spacious, and clean, a bottle of water is always provided, and the breakfast is very good. The location isn't the best, but you know that before booking. The staff is friendly.

Nice hotel that’s a short walk to the tram.

I stayed at this hotel on August 24th. The room was clean, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent upon request. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. For those traveling by electric car, there's also a charging station. Highly recommended.

Recommended hotel for short breaks and city trips. Rooms facing the forest get morning sun. Be aware that there is a railway line about 100 meters away, which can be disruptive for light sleepers with the window open.

A perfect hotel for an overnight stay on our way south. The hotel is relatively conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Exactly what we expected.

The room is quite far from the city center and is very small. It was difficult for two people to open both suitcases. The hallway had a strange smell. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly. Just remember that bus route 22 to the city center doesn't run on Sundays; you'll have to take a taxi!

Both trip com and the Hilton website mentioned a balcony being included in the room we selected it wascthe main reason we chose tgis hotel over others. The room was clean and tidy, and came with a mini-kitchen. The hotel is located in a new area and is very new itself. There's a supermarket and a bakery within a 5-minute walk. There's paid parking available on-site for €18 per night. The room rate was reasonable. There's also a laundry room on the ground floor.

The hotel is located about 4.5 km from Freiburg, but is very easy to reach. There's a bus stop right outside. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay here! Excellent location that is easy to access by foot and by car. The rooms were clean and modern, and the area felt very safe. Good place for a stopover when traveling, nicely situated in the city center, so good for food and drinks. Rooms are clean and have all you need for 1 night . Staf is friendly and nice. Parking might be an issue when the garage is full, we managed to park right in front of the hotel. Was slightly moer expensive but it was good. I would go there again next time!

Accommodation in Freiburg The hotel is close to the hill where we can reach easily for a pleasant walk. From the city centre is few blocks away and it is possible to go by walk. As it was extremely hot during my stay, a small fan (no air conditioning) did not help a lot!

Stayed with a tent and our two bikes. Everything looks great and the toilet and shower facilities are modern and clean. Location close to the city and 5 min cycle to groceries. At 39 euros a night for two people, it is a little bit on the expensive side for a stay with a small tent.

This is a very well run site a mere 35-40 minutes walk to the historic Freiburg Old Town, the Black Forest capital. The owners and staff were most welcoming and helpful. Very clean site with the best facilities I've seen on a site! Pitches are tight for bigger vans but a nice easy 40 minute walk in to the beautiful town centre is a must do!

Good place to spend a night. The sanitary building seemed quite new and it was very clean. One of the better showers I have had in a camping park. The pitches are small and it was quite crowded when we were there.

The property was on the edge of the old city which is nice. A bit awkward to get into the parking because there was no where to leave the car that didn’t block a road while you checked in. Getting from the garage outside to the check in was awkward as well. Hotel was clean updated and quite nice. No bar or restaurant on site but was close to all.

The price was perfect for a family of three and we got a room with 3 twin beds I felt like we were in a fairy tale in a town of fairy tales (Goldie Locks and the 3 bears).
